You need to get your tv calibration if you bought a top of the line 4K tv.

TV Calibration was done right!!! The techs were polite and answered all my questions.

Agent was efficient and very knowledgeable and completed the task at hand.

On October 22, 2019, I went to Pentagon City’s Best Buy to purchase a TV calibration for a LG TV I purchased in August. I was told that they would send me an email to schedule an appointment. On October 24, I got the email and logged in to schedule my appointment. But to my surprise, I received a message that an appointment wasn’t available for FOUR MONTHS. On October 25, I called the number provided to get some assistance but the customer service person who answered the phone did not provide a satisfactory solution. I went to the Best Buy store to see if they could resolve the problem. NO SOLUTION. I went back to Best Buy again on October 28th. I did not talk to anyone for Geek Squad because there was only one person on duty. Therefore, I asked for a refund from customer service person which was done very well. I was not going to pay for a service I had to wait four months to schedule. The experience has been awful. If you cannot provide a service that should note at the time of the purchase.

I purchase the tv calibration . and after waiting over two weeks for them to fill my appointment. first the changed the appointment date without letting me know. After calibrating it. my tv picture is no where what it should be.there is a whitish film on every content. a complete waste of my money.
