I finally get the calibration done and it was worth it.

After spending the money to become an Elite member. I purchased a four thousand dollar tv. After a month I paid cash and ordered a Tv calibration and scheduled it for three weeks out. I received the scheduling information from Best Buy and all seemed ready to go. The day before the scheduled work IReceived a call to confirm and was ready to recieve the technician. The next day the work was scheduled between 12 and 4pm. No one showed up or called me. I called the Geek Squad who said their tech called in sick. No one called me and still have not called me to reschedule. I don’t have a problem with someone being out sick but I took the day off to do this and could have gone to work if someone from the Geek Squad had informed me first thing in the morning.

Picture quality improved along with the clarity. Great job.

can't have calibration done if I haven't even received my tv purchased Nov. 7th!!! Appointment was suppose to be Dec. 30th but I'm still waiting for my tv, complete sound system, remote, blu ray player to all be delivered and set up. Longmont, CO Best Buy has totally screwed up my order. I was suppose to have everything set up and delivered on December 9th. Is all they tell me is someone screwed up so I'm still waiting to have everything delivered and set up. Now it's suppose to be Jan. 9th 2021. No one has a clue whats going on. A total lack of communication. No one returns calls, horrible custome service. When I call, if I can even talk with someone they keep sending me to another person and I have to explain that I have never had all of my order set up/delivered and I'm still waiting. Again I'm told they will get it straighened out and call me back. They don't call back as they don't have a clue what is going on. It would be nice to have the calibration if I can ever get my TV.
