The technician did an outstanding job calibrating my TV

Still find something new and interesting every time I use it.

Been waiting for the TV calibration service and so far I been re-schedule 5 times , they dont even call that they are not coming or anything , after all day waiting and I have to check my account to see whats going on and to my surprise been re-schedule again, my 5th in a littles less than 2 weeks. Im trying to call Best buy just to cancel my order, Avoid this at all cost!

They set it to the exact color recommendations. And we hated it. Turned it back to dynamic settings.

I only got one calibration for all inputs, instead of the 2 as stated in the description. The tech stated my tv settings already met the best buy calibration standards and it looks worse now. We worked together, but it was obvious that we were not going to get the accurate calibration I paid for. Discontinue this service. Not worth it.

I have never had a service person contact me and I have had two appointments thus far. I do not understand how this can happen twice. My daughter has made both of the appointments with the manager of the Oxnard, CA store and niether time did I receive a cll or appointment reminder. Not to mention I wasted two days waiting on the service person. It is impossible to contact anyone as they never answer the phone causing my daughter to have to go to the store to get any kind of response. I ma now going to have to head to the Oxnard store and speak to the manager myself. This is not acceptable at all. I wish someone from cooperate office to contact me so we can resolve this issue and I can get my TV calibrated.

They explained that calibrating your tv tones down the colors. I like vivid colors. Would not recommend

I got a deal on mothers day for discount TV calibration. I called for an appointment and got one a week later. I had to make sure my new TV had been on at least 100 hours before the calibration could take place. The calibration tech called before arriving and was right on time. He was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. The TV looks great when on DirectTV, but when you watch a Blueray the colors really pop. I would recomend the TV calibration.

Go to the internet and get the calibration numbers there, and avoid having this costly procedure done.

Best Buy ran a one day deal on TV calibration so I jumped on it. Agent Joe was courteous and knowledgeable. My TV's colors seem so much richer and sharper. The whites are white now instead of blue. They say it may take a month to get used to it but I got used to it within one weeks time and I love it! So worth the $100 I paid to get it done on my 55" LG LED TV.

Done. Was not as effective as thought it would be.

I bought a brand new Sony TV, from best buy, the staff was helpful in helping me pick the right one for the house, but later decided to get the TV calibrated and it's been over 2 weeks and haven't seen any one or received an appointment. And already paid for the membership. I'm not sure if geek squad does the calibration or a TV company.
