Two geek squad team members Javier and Mike never called the night before only 2 hours before they showed. Nice enough guys but left many of mine and my wife's questions unanswered or just beat around the bush. BUT WHAT GETS ME THE MOST IS THAT I PAID FOR 90 MIN. OF CALIBRATION AND GOT JUST UNDER AN HOUR. IS THIS HOW ELITE PLUS MEMBERS ARE TREATED? I've had 3 other calibrations from you guys in another state and when the tech was done or had some extra time we watched TV or a movie and KEPT tweaking settings. You know why? BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THE FREAK I PAID FOR. so no I'd rather you not send them back here seeing as I wasn't happy with thim the first time. I'M WAITING ON MY REFUND. Show me how you value your elite plus members.i got less than an hour for an estimated 2 hour job

The worse purchase I call 5 times to make appointment for calibration and always same answer we don’t have appointments available in you area . Just terrible service calibration just wasted money

First appointment cancelled by geek squad. I had to wait two more weeks for a tech to come and calibrate the tv. Tech was friendly. I consider calibration is not necesary since each viewer has their own taste about colors and how vivid a movie should be. The service was good.

Don’t trust this service. Best buy has charged for this service and they have given service. However they put the status as service completed. So, I don’t recommend this from best buy.

had calibration done on 6/23 , was dark pic with poor detail and blurry faces called on 6/24 to get checked , redone now on 6/28 still waiting for someone to return my calls (3 so far)

This is the second TV we are getting Calibrated. If you're going to spend a good amount of money on a TV, you need to get it calibrated.

Months and Months have gone by. Countless hours and names of representatives on the phone and still I have been continued to be charged for these services that have never been performed.

The work was not done. Customer service said the work order was cancelled, again, but did not notify of cancelation, again, and was not able to say why.
