    First time using the geek squad. In 4 hours they hooked up the tv,speakers (inside/outside),mounted tv,ring doorbell installed, linked everything to our phones/Alexa and showed us house to use everything. Geek squad is the only way we will go now!!!

    They came out on time. I had bought my own mount that did not work in the space. No problem. That had one on the truck. Beautiful clean installation. TV had problem connecting to WiFi. No problem. They figured it out even though it took quite a while. Great service! Thanks

    Another great experience with Bluffton, SC Geek squad. Technician suggested we change mounting bracket purchased after seeing location and had the correct bracket on his truck. No delay in service appointment. Love this program through Best Buy!

    I had 4 TVs installed via geek squad. 3 were Wall mounts and one was cabinet mounted. The wall mounted TVs were crooked. I contacted the geek squad installer, James, who didn’t return my call. I contacted his supervisor, Jeffrey, and spoke to him. He stated the installer would contact me the next day. He also stated he would email me directions on how to straighten out the TV ... both of which never happened. It’s a bit daunting to try and doing this myself (65” TVs), without knowing if I’m going to damage the mounts, drywall, or TVs (2 were full articulating and 1 was a tilt). Quite disappointing.

    Richard had to return damaged tv and get another, returned and then completed the install. He could have set the job up for another day, but chose to please me instead.all this took extra time so teaching me how to s was cut short

    Mounted tv Not straight. Did not help with wires. Was not approachable nor willing to come up with ideas to achieve a simple coax outlet. I have used geek squad in the past and would use again but not that tech.
