While delivery and completion of the order was repeatedly delayed and a frustrating experience, the service provided by Robert of the Geek Squad was, in contrast, exemplary. I have a PhD in Engineering and am technically oriented. I had the Geek Squad deliver and install my Sony 75" 940E TV. The Geek Squad techs who did the installation were totally customer oriented, answered all of my questions in detail and with patience, demonstrated extreme knowledge, far exceeded my expectations, and did a 10* job.

We called on the Geek Squad when someone disconnected our TV and receiver system that includes several components. We tried ourselves, but we were lost trying to get it to work properly. The Geek Squad charges for their service, but it's well worth having someone do the job who knows what they're doing. We're glad we did.

Not only did they set up my new 4K (3D) 75" 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range and the 4K Ultra HD 3D Hi-Res Audio Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player, they also connected both with my DVR to my Onkyo TX-NR656 7.2 Channel Network A/V Receiver and programmed my universal remote to operate them all. Darn good job. (Thanks again, fellas).

I had my main TV-Den home theatre upgraded, delivered, and installed. All was delivered as scheduled and on time. The installation went without any drama at all. The technicians spent time answering my questions which got me started with the new setup. It was the combination of the right products and experienced installers that got my business.

The Geek Squad team that came out had a lot of variables to sort through including equipment we were returning to Magnolia. They analyzed the options, explained them in terms we could understand and flawlessly installed everything. They then took the time to train us on how to use our new equipment and answered all our questions. Great team.

The two Geek Squad members who came to install my TV were very professional and knew exactly what to do to install my new TV, connect to my DVD player, DVR, and SoundBar, and program my remotes to work everything. They worked quickly and kept me informed of everything they were doing. I will ask for them when I purchase my next TV.

The entire purchase, delivery and set up process was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful sales rep followed by timely delivery and professional set up of the TV and sound equipment. The price was competitive with internet sellers and I benefited from personal face to face service that only a neighborhood store can provide.

I was very pleased with the in home set up for my new T.V. and Blu-ray player. It set me at ease KNOWING that everything would be set up correctly. I also love getting service with a smile and the way they make you feel when you ask any questions; NO question is a stupid question to them. At least that is how they made me feel.

When The Geek Squad came back for the second visit to finish the setup on my two new TV's they did a very good job. The operation of the remotes and the TV's were explained thoroughly and I was finally able to use my very expensive equipment. This visit removed the frustration I experienced from the initial visit. 3rd time had Geek Squad over to house for various install projects. Always done right and professionally. Kaycee who was on each project knows exactly how to get things done. Able to pull out the cable wire from behind the wall when Spectrum couldn't do it. No need to call builder now, saved a ton of time.

The two agents came and delivered my TV & Receiver built my TV Stand and hook everything up, even my Wii, which I thought I was not going to be able to use with the new items, They demonstrated how everything work and even gave me a cheat sheet in cause I forgot. They removed all boxes and trash when they left, Excellent Job!

Geek squad did a great job installing our flatscreen to the wall. They were on time, calibrated everything, and answered questions. I thought about asking our handyman to do it, and he could have, but I think GS was worth the money paid and got everything set up, including HDMI cables to our XBOX and PS4, Easy button.

So thankful for having a hard-working Geek Squad to install our brand new package (television & sound bar). Especially after having removed our brand new 75" Sony from packaging, Geek Squad noticed a small glitch in the screen. Them being there made the process much easier in replacing our television.

There are many choices to make once your new TV is installed. All I will say is is do YOURSELF a big favor and get this service. If you incorrectly make a wrong choice in the many set-up item YOU will have to choice you may not be able to enjoy your new TV to the best it can be...would that not be sad....it is worth every penny.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my home theater! They were clean, efficient, and didn't rush. They took plenty of time to explain how everything worked, and followed up to make sure I was happy. I had never used the Geek Squad before, but won't hesitate to call them in the future if so needed! Highly recommend!

Alex from the geek squad is truly amazing! Not only did he do a fabulous job of installing everything in my home, but he took the time to make sure I understood how everything was programmed and worked. He had me use every remote to make sure I understood it before leaving my home. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He took enough time to ensure all of the old equipment was removed and the new equipment installed properly including all of the cabling for each component. He then took his time to make sure everything was working properly and that we knew how to work everything.

These guys were very professional. They arrived on time, did the job, and were very helpful in setting up and explaining how to use the wifi, new DVD and new modem. When they were done, everything worked just as it was supposed to. No surprises. Well worth it, and now I have no more modem rental charge each month.

The Geek Squad set up our new Sony TV while we watched, asked questions, and enjoyed the process. We feel we are ahead of the learning curve regarding using our new TV's apps and remote! The Geek squad guys were professional, and very helpful! By far our least stressful TV set up...and we have been around awhile!
