I have used my Total Tech Support service multiple times, but the two young men who came to set up our new TV were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their set-up was seamless and they didn’t leave until they were sure we understood the operation and until all of our questions were answered.

My wife was concerned she would be the only one home when tthe TV was delivered and set up by Geek Squad. They set up the TV and 4K UHD 3D Blu ray player and connected it the the existing Denon 4K AVR and cable box. They showed her how to work the system and answered her questions, She was happy with the service

They delivered our new Sony and arrived exactly when scheduled (actually early) They did a set up and went through our stereo giving some pointers and they gave an overview of the TV and how to use the various functions. they made sure we had a good understanding of everything before leaving.

I opted to have the Geek Squad deliver and setup my Sony 65” 4K Ultra HD 930e TV. They did an outstanding job - - arrived on time, quickly set things up, and cleaned up afterwards. Having them do the delivery and setup almost pays for itself if you get the extended warranty, so it’s really a no brainer choice.

The 2 Geek Squad reps were fantastic. I was sent reminders about their visit to set-up the new tv, along with personal phone calls. They were here early (after getting my approval), were very organized, friendly, and knew the equipment. I was very impressed! Will buy all electronics from BB.

After the mounting the geek squad setup the tv across all of my components, personalized each input and put the correct setting on each. At the end walked me through how to use the remote to get the best out of the TV. If you are not the type to read the instructions this was a great foundation to have after the install.

The geek Squad installed my wall mounting bracket and the new 65" TV. They went through the setup instructions and walked me through the important features. They went above and beyond to guaranty my satisfaction. This was an excellent service. Sometimes it's just better to let qualified people to the setup.

I could not be more pleased with the Geek Squad service in setting-up my new LG OLED55C7A TV. Their technician worked very hard, was very neat with all of my entertainment center wires, cables and components. He had my system up and running in no time. I highly recommend this service from the Geek Squad.

I'm happy I got the Geek squad to install my TV and run all of my wires, they did a fantastic job. Chris is a great worker with a ton of knowledge. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing in detail and when he's done everything is working properly. I would definitely recommend this service.

These two installers were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely Know their stuff! Set up my TV, sound system and associated equipment so everything was linked and worked flawlessly. If I could rate higher than 5 STARS I would. Best Buy lucky to have this crew!

They assembled the TV stand, hooked up the TV to the cable box and my DVD player, replaced my old cables with new ones where applicable, picked up all the packing materials and old cables, gave me 1/2-hour of OJT on the new remote control, and were gone without leaving a single scrap of trash. Super good job!

The Installer Chris was excellent He mounted and installed the wall brackets and the Sony TV carefully. He explained all the features , had me go thru the operations and he was very careful and cleaned up leaving nothing for me to do but watch the TV. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for installation

Two Geek Squad guys delivered and set up our new Sony 55 inch OLED TV. They were polite and professional and impressed us with their knowledge and expertise. They took the time to get everything right and showed us how to work the new Smart TV. Definitely worth it to have them set us up.

The Geek Squad representatives assigned to set up my television were outstandingly competent and thorough. They went the "extra mile" to ensure that all devices were properly connected to the television by the universal remote. This was an excellent, professional job by these guys.

The 2 installers from Geek Squad ( a really dumb name!) were very professional and careful installing my very expensive TV. Took plenty of time to set everything up properly and explain the settings to me. He even gave me his cell # to call if I had any questions after they left. Kudos to them!

It was nice having someone deliver the new TV and remove the old one. Two man team was very professional and careful. They even wore hospital like booties to keep the floor clean. Squad was very knowledgeable and explained all options clearly. Worth the extra cost to get it done quickly and correctly.

The geeks that came to install 2 TVs and a sound bar were great. Professional, friendly, patient with our questions. This was a big upgrade in technology for us and they set up and then walked us through all the features. They took away the old sets for recycling and all the trash from the new sets. A1 service.

Well worth the fee. They set everything up quickly, hauled off the trash, and gave me a quick tutorial. There was no way I could have set up the TV and sound system with Roku and PlayStation Vue accounts. These guys know their stuff. Spent the money on Geek Squad installation and have it done right and quickly.

Geek Squad installed my Sony 75" set, table mounted. The job took an hour but they re-wired all associated devices to operate together from one remote. TV works flawlessly, surround sound is terrific, DVD player and X-Box work perfectly with system. My advice is to have Geek Squad deliver and install the set.

The Geek Squad arrived with booties for their feet. Right away, impressed. They took time to listen to how I felt the 75 inch TV should be brought into the house and agreed. They took the time to be sure the color tone of TV was right, connected the sound bar, DVD, DVR, so all work seamlessly.
