They setup my new 75 “TV and haul away the old with ease.

The Geek Squad mounted my 75 in TV quickly and with minimal disruption. They are clean and through and hauled away the old one. Very certious.

I am enjoying my 55 inch Samsung TV. Owen at Best Buy in Flowood, helped with my purchase. Owen told me the difference in the TV’s. Owen was very knowledgeable and did not mind taking time with me to be sure that all of my questions were answered. With that information, I then decided to purchase my TV. When the Geek Squad came, they connected my TV to my internet and set everything up. They took away my old TV and stand.

Chris set up my TV and sound at quickly and efficiently. He then spent time with us explaining the functions of our system.

The representative did an excellent job in hooking up my tv and showing me how to use the controls. He cleaned up after he was done.

The delivery personnel set up my TV and give me instructions onhow to utilize the remote.

The technicians solved some horrific problems for us. Our surround system was disconnected and we had multiple connection issues because of DiskTV and DSL internet. The photo shows it wasn’t a straight forward connection. They solved every problem, and now we have a great picture and surround sound! Not only that, our Sonos system was malfunctioning (a reflection of the Sonos brand’s mix of incompatible devices)—the techs also solved that for us and explained it all in simple enough terms that we understood.

Garlen is the man exceptional service tech specialist solved issues having w/ sound resolved it. Very satisfied w/ both techs. Highly recommend!

Two geek tecks arrived on time, removed old tv, set up new tv including fire tv stick, vcr, dvr and sound bar. Greatvjib

It was a very good experience, the guy who did the service did a great job, and I was very happy with it. I’m sure he hasn’t seen anything quite like this before but no problem he did a first class job. I had a very old TV in front of my stairmaster, and I cannot be on the stairmaster without watching TV, so he did what I thought was almost impossible, and I am back to being able to go on my stairmaster every morning and get my workout done.

Set up and connect. Agent Dustin helpful and great attitude. Fireplace insert didn’t work bet he had a replacement schedule to be delivered in a couple weeks by end of day.

They Geeks were courteous and very knowledgeable. It took them no time to have my tv installed !!

I love my new OLED TV it is completely awesome tied in with the Sonos system it’s incredible and the geek squad did a phenomenal job installing it I will attach a picture but it’s just tremendous
