the agents just connected the TV only. I spent over an hour with Directv to finish the setup. I paid $200+ to set up the TV and that didn’t happen, very disappointing.

The agents mounted our monitors and made them integrated into our whole house systems.

I need a tv install in my wife exercise room geek solve my problem and install the TV on the ASAP. Best thing I have a did very friendly experience people.

I had a custom home theater install done by the Geek Squad. Oftentimes, I call back to have things added/fixed or upgraded. The team is good. "J.T." is very professional & I always like to call any of the guys from the Geek Squad home theater installation/repair team.

Geek squad was very efficient and gave good suggestions.. only thing they can improve is to not hurry up things as i saw one screw was not properly tightened

The people were extremely nice but the TV was damaged. Green fuzz all over the screen when I turn it on.

There were multiple issues with the installation of my two new TVs and soundbars: 1) the two installers weren’t given the proper information about the job & were overscheduled 2) there were some install components missing so we had to run out to get two install kits, which ultimately required us to go out to the Leesburg store (from Reston) to get them! 3) they left behind multiple cables and other debris 4) one of the cables required for the Verizon tv box was cut much too short and prevents me from rearranging furniture as the box can only reach one surface that’s only about 1.5 feet off the ground. Several of the other cables are ridiculously long, see photos 5) I’m not sure if this last issue is with the install or with the tv & the Verizon connection. But essentially I have to turn on the tv then off again, then on again at least once to get the Verizon channels to display, otherwise it only displays the apps that these LG TVs shows.

the squad offered suggestions i hadn’t thought of to create a home entertainment center that will bring joy to us this holiday and beyond awesome deal

Mike & Ken did a great job unpacking and affixing the base to my 85” Samsung Neo Qled. They also setup my Internet connection to stream the available apps.

1/28/24. Installed rescheduled due to wrong size but purchased another one.

Delivery of TV, all set up with sound bar, direct, DVD player completed in literally minutes. Highly knowledgeable crew. Alexis is excellent.

Christopher installed my 50" on my wall so quick and made sure EVERYTHING was in order. He showed me what my Samsung Tv was capable of doing, set everything up...I didn't have to do anything, but watch my tv!

The Best Buy technicians were the best. They were polite, efficient, respectful and helpful.
