Sorry but your men were unable to set up my new TV remote properly and left me having to use three different remotes in all to operate the TV! Still haven’t been able to access RCN voice control on any remote! The Nerds didn’t provide sufficient overall operational instructions for the new set either! And I was never shown how to even adjust the “screechy” sound quality! Nice enough guys but very disappointed in their work. Furthermore, none of the Geeks or the Best Buy store staff provided direct phone numbers and when I called the number they gave me it went to a Corporate person and not anyone whom I worked with and who knew my “case”. I am now having to bring in RCN/Astound on my own!

The crew did an excellent job assembling and placing the tv. When setting it up though, they were quick to set up accessories, like the sound bar. I need to get them back out and change some stuff.

Best money I have spent! Geek Squad unpackaged and mounted the new TV and moved and mounted my old TV. Professionals all the way!

Greg and his helper were very knowledgeable, clean, and efficient! They connected and set up our new tv, sound bar and dvd. They gave us helpful tips, too!

The manager at the store was helpful in signing us up. The installers called before coming . The completed the setup and cleaned up all mess and answered all questions.A Great effort by all

Updated through the whole process! From ETA to end of setup. Only complaint is there are extra holes in my wall. They used the old mounting hole as a guide initially instead of using a stud finder. Good thing it’s covered by the tv.

I had Geek Squad come and install my OLED 65” tv and all it’s components They were the BEST I recommend them to everyone

The techs did not know how to install the stand to the TV, despite all hardware and instructions being included with the product. It was an 83-inch panel that they left standing, unsupported on an angle, against our entertainment center. My wife who was working at home and caring for the baby was not able to address this huge safety hazard herself, and it had to wait until I got home from work. Fortunately our cats did not manage to cause the TV to tip over. Unprofessional, low caliber work that left a bigger mess than if I had just done it myself.

The agent did well hooking up my newly purchased components but left me no hookups for my DVD player; wires all over the place; and even cut the wire to my old Bose system.

On time. Efficient. Professional and very courteous.
