The Geek Squad Associates were knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they had to make a second trip in order to haul away our HEAVY and old tv. It was a holiday weekend night & they showed up around 8 pm to "finish the job" with a good attitude.

Geek squad are very professional and are experts in the services they provided. They did a great job installing 7 each ceiling speakers system, home theater system, mounted my television, and explained how to use the entertainment system. Wires and cables were professionally installed behind the walls. Very very happy. I am glad to be a member of the Geek Squad.

From the installation to the actual use of the TV has been an outstanding experience. The technician that delivered and setup the TV went beyond what would be a normal delivery and to fit the TV into an existing space. The actual TV setup and operation was explained in great detail and was appreciated by my wife and myself. The TV works great. Louis from the Geek Squad came and mounted my TV (40 inch Samsung) on a Rfiver center swivel stand. It was so good that he had the right screws that were not included with the stand. He set up my remote to cable and showed me how watch tv right away. I am so grateful, I would be fooling around with settings for months without this help. Louis also corrected the color to perfection. Best service ever.

Geek Squad was very thorough in completing my new Sony TV set up. They removed my old TV. They unpacked my new TV. I went down the complete check list and they did everything that was on the list. They answered my questions politely and listened to my concerns. They cleaned up and removed all the boxes and packing material. Used Geek in order to set up new TV purchase. Two guys initially came. Guys were timely, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. They also cleaned up and hauled away trash. Javier was great (wish I could remember the other installers name who was also great.) Well worth the extra expense.
