I had a very fast and easy set up of my 65” Smart tv . They also moved the old one and set it back on the pedestal . The home theatre techs were on time clean and very careful during the scheduled set up . All of my questions were answered and my experience was very pleasant I loved using Bestbuy!

The two Geek Squad agents assembled my home theater system and all its parts after everything had been disconnected and moved to the long kitchen counter for a new wood floor to be installed! Couldn't have done it on my own. Geek Squad is invaluable to me!

Geek squad came and put our tv stand together, installed our tv, set it up and explained everything to us.plus they removed the old tv and cleaned everything up.

Zack and his assistant did a Great Professional Job for us with the Delivery and Setup of our new Samsung 65" TV with our new Samsung HW-B650/ZA Soundbar. They called to inform us of the delivery time and were ONTIME. Setup everything, including our existing Samsung DVD Player and explained everything and answered all of our questions. Zack even left us a business card with his phone number and told us to call him if we have any problems or questions after he left.

Installer was awesome, called 15 minutes before arriving on time, explained what was going to ahappen, and did an outstanding professional job of installing the wall mount and TV. Looks amazing! He cleaned up the site, leaving it spotless. Looked like he was never there!

I am enjoying my 55 inch Samsung TV. Owen at Best Buy in Flowood, helped with my purchase. Owen told me the difference in the TV’s. Owen was very knowledgeable and did not mind taking time with me to be sure that all of my questions were answered. With that information, I then decided to purchase my TV. When the Geek Squad came, they connected my TV to my internet and set everything up. They took away my old TV and stand.

They were absolutely fantastic!!! Were very helpful, and friendly, and did a fabulous job!!!

Having our television set up was necessary due to my having broken my kneecap, and the techie who came was thoughtful and did a great job.

Chris set up my TV and sound at quickly and efficiently. He then spent time with us explaining the functions of our system.
