Alittle expensive. The stand is nice though. Just thought the tv would have a stand

My only complaint is at service desk employee didn't want to make a copy of my concerns- and didn't install the photoshop elements software I had purchased and only installed photoshop, which cost a lot less. Then when I came tp p/u my computer, the guy had no idea about the software program I had purchased digitally. OH this is about installing my 65" Samsung 8K TV. Service was excellent, they were quick and showed me short cuts with my remote.

I had recently purchased a new 55” 4K flat screen TV and needed the set to be put together and programmed as my older set it was replacing was definitely older technology. The technician arrived promptly and was polite and professional The “Agent” was obviously experienced as the setup was completed without incident. She also answered all my questions and left a contact number for her specifically should their be any issues after the programming was complete. A pleasant experience from Best Buy!!!

The guys were awesome! They explained to me how the TV worked and connected the old TV and the other room. They broke down the box and cut out the model and serial number for me to have. They were totally awesome and friendly and helpful and a total joy to have them help me with my 65-in TV installation!!

Great communication on time arrival and quality TV set-up service

The installers from "Geek Squad" were wonderful but they didn't fully explain the different features on my new Samsung TV. They also didn't attach my 4k HDMI Cable, as requested nor my new DVR. The remote control on my Samsung is still a bit of a mystery -- I'm glad I bought a secondary remote w/numbers! they should have explained it more thoroughly. Thankfully, I usually figure things out on my own.

Nick and Brandon of the Greek Squad did an excellent installation of our New LG TV. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took extra time explaining not only how our system operates with our cable box, DVD player and Roku player, but explained what the term "4K" and "Streaming" mean. My wife and I had heard of these terms but really didn't know how they worked. They were Great examples of what service personnel should be. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Perfect. 100 percent. We are super pleased. Rafael was a perfect gentleman. Lots of knowledge Very well suited for the job. He was neat and prompt. And he did a great job. We will tell our friends. I never meet someone who had so much know how in electronics. A real pro.

The technitions were very helpful. Install went very well. Once in position, we’ve not needed to move very often, but when moved, the stand met my expectations. We’ve had it over a year.

They are quick and fast at setting up my TV They removed my old tv with no problems The only downside ten years ago installation and tv removal was free. The installation guy was truthful thaf was how long ago it was fir free

Agent was awesome. Took time to make sure TV was correct height for me. Gave me instructions on how to move TV on adjustable mount. Was even knowledgeable about the TV!! He was great! Minimal disturbance to home.

Mounted the TV on the wall perfectly. Paid great attention to detail. Cable tied the wires together for a most professional look. Phillip and Rebecca worked well as a team and had the job finished in lightning speed!
