The technician that came to install and set up my new tv was superb. He was very nice and helpful and extremely considerate. The job was done well.

The agents were respectful, polite and connected up my television without any problems. They were quick and efficient.

Jose Correa was wonderful. He did an excellent job hanging the TV perfectly aligned, centered, and at the exact right height. He also gave me options with spacers or no spacers. I chose spacers and I'm glad I did because it makes the TV look more classy. He also taught me how to use the remote and showed me all the LD channels and I love the TV. I'm grateful that Jose was my installer because prior to arrival he had me text my mount, and we found out that it was the wrong size. So I was able to exchange it prior to his arrival which saved both of us time. Overall, he was terrific!!!

Beautiful tv functions well, many things to still learn about it because as of this wiring I’ve only had it just one day but so far so good. The sound bar is ok but looking for something with more power and speaker strengh. Will probably buy a dedicated AV receiver to take this combo to another level. I give the installation team 5 stars for their quick efficiency in the setup and testing of the combination sound bar and tv. Very nice and professional was their visit. 5 stars. They were knowledgeable, and they did a great job gave me some advice great advice, and I appreciate everything that they did. They were superior and knowledge and ability to put up my TV.

I was not expecting to purchase a new tv, I went for a tv mount only. I noticed Best Buy had some great deals on television. So I was willing to upgrade from a 65 in I already own. While checking out some of the tv that was on sale . Me in the sales rep went over all the pro and cons for each tv. I didn’t really want this tv because I felt like the back was snot small enough to go on my wall. But with really taking my time . I decided this is the one. The quality is amazing the size is perfect. I am enjoying this one better than the current tvs in my home

The agents were friendly and professional, got the TV mounted and completely hooked everything back up, including a satellite receiver, a Blu Ray player, 3 game consoles and a sound bar. And they did it all quickly and efficiently.

Two Best Buy guys came out to my place. They removed an old Tilt-mount from the wall and they removed my 2007 Samsung Flat Screen. They then attached my new full motion mount to the wall; they then attached my new 65 inch flat screen to the mount; they showed me how to operate the new TV. Both guys were friendly and knew what they were doing; I paid $249.99; Well worth it. They did not try to up-sale me on ridiculously hight priced HDM1 cables, A good experience for me.

I had to use the geek squad before so I was not surprised by the excellent service and the quality of their work. We had had some renovation work done in the house and had to have the TV remounted. As always, they were very professional.

Great!!! They came in and mounted TV with no problem. Programmed the new TV which was something that would have been beyond this "ludite's" capability. Well worth the price!

Geek Squad delivered our 75 inch tv and did an excellent job mounting it. They also moved the 55 inch which was previously in the living room and mounted it in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend the services as they were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.

Installers did a great job once they appeared, were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and were apologetic about the delay. They were kind about needing to fit a new mount to the wall, as the old one was incompatible, and they fortunately had one in their vehicle that I could buy directly from them. The only reason for not giving a 5 is the logistics around setting up the appointment and wrong information I was given by the store. The original day they were scheduled, I got a notice that they were not going to be able to do the install, BUT I only got the notice at the end of the promised arrival interval, so I'd wasted the afternoon being home and available, and missing an activity I wanted to attend. When they did arrive three days later, it was not at the time I'd been promised when I was notified of the first cancellation, so I'd again spent hours waiting at home for no good reason. The actual install went smoothly, but only because the installers happened to have a wall mount device in their vehicle. When I had called the store to set up the install, I'd asked whether I would need a new mount. I was told that since my prior TV was a 55 inch, and I was replacing it with a 65 inch, that my old mount would work. In fact, it didn't, and I would have had to wait until a new install date could have been set up, had the installers not happened to have the right sized mount in their vehicle.

The agents that installed/mounted the TV to the wall did an excellent job!! They were very experienced and careful thru the process!

Once they came out to deliver and install, the service was great, the guys were very professional, and did a great job. Only reaso for four stars, and not five was because they had to reschedule and couldn't do that until the day it was originally supposed to be delivered.

My Geek Squad technician, Ariel, was amazing. Very knowledgeable & professional. He worked quickly but ensured I clearly understood what he was doing & why. He showed me how to use my new system in simple, clear terms. And he left the area cleaner than he found it. All in all, a fabulous experience!

Very fast and professional. I didnt have yo move too many things, as they did not mind working in tight corners. It was a father and son duo contracted out through Geek Squad it sounded like. But I enjoyed there hospitality, respect to the home, and fast pace of service.

Armando and team are top notch. They were on time and they took care of everything required for the mounting and setup. They went over everything with how to use the new equipment and how to get to different locations. Very impressed with their ability and professionalism.

The Geek Squad is the way to go for setting up all the purchases at Best Buy. They are knowledgeable, informative and they are professionals in all they do. They are a 5 star squad that will give you relaxation when it come to setting up your purchases from Best Buy. Let them use their knowledge and technology and just kick your shoes off and relax.

The installers were amazing and really took the time to understand where I wanted the TV mounted and to show me how the features of the mount worked. They also took such amazing care not to damage or make any extra holes in my wall. Their professionalism was without a doubt amazing.

I have been a Total Tech member for many years and Agents Fred and Alex were incredible! They installed an in-wall plug socket, a tv titling wall mount and sound bar mount in our son's new house. After the install, they mounted the TV and the Sonos sound bar. They were incredibly knowledgable about the Sonos system and gave us helpful hints about our Sonos speakers, as well as educated us about the Eero internet booster.I highly recommend Fred and Alex for their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and cleanliness after the project was completed.
