Chad was the one to help us installing our wall mount with 86” TV. They were very professional in keeping area tidy and well done. I hope to see him again in my future needs.

Best Buy in San Marcos arranged everything needed to professionally mount my new Samsung 65' tv they sold me. They did a fabulous job! Make sure you tell them if you want no wires hanging down showing so their installers bring the right size equipment for that. My location is rural so I had to go in person to their store when purchasing so their supervisor could waive me thru their computers to enable Geek Squad to drive further. Geek Squad did an exellent job! I will always buy my electronics and use their installation services from now on.

Service tech was on time. Efficient and very professional. He had everything he needed to mount the TV and did a great job setting everything up.

I have done all the TVs in my house myself; however, I was concerned to do one of them because of a gas pipe in the wall. In addition, out new house has double sided drywall which can be very hard to hang and locate studs. They were extremely professional, clean and asked me questions to make sure i was happy prior to install. I’m so happy i went with them to install my tv. They also took the time to explain it to me and check to ensure everything was working.

Although they were a couple of hours late, they were communicative. It goes along way. When they got there, they were quick and efficient. The set up was clean and sleek. 15 minute tv mount set up. To add more, they were very friendly and we had great conversation.

I am very pleased with the quality of the installation. The Technician was well prepared with all of the tools and supplies needed. It mounted beautifully and is working fine.

The Geek Squad mounted an outdoor tv on my siding on my deck. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. They did a great job. Highly recommended. Well worth the money.

I bought my 85” tv elsewhere simply because there was an extended warranty thrown in for free. But the reviews for that vendor’s installation were enough to warn me away. I was delighted that BestBuy will install products purchased elsewhere. The team was great at communicating, very pleasant, and had a lot of experience with my specific mount and tv model. Installation was fast, and highly professional! I would use Geek Squad again in a heartbeat.

The G-Squad did not disappoint! They arrived 15mins into their 4hr delivery-window (and had the courtesy to call ahead, too!) They had the TV unboxed and mounted within 25 mins. They fully packed out, and even hit the carpet with the dust-buster...BOSS MOVE. 11/10...Big ups to my G's.

They had my tv leveled and mounted in less than 30 minutes! I also had surround sound in my house that I’ve never tested due to lack of a receiver but they tested it for me! Now I know it works and I’ll be scheduling an appointment to get a receiver installed.

I was SO incredibly pleased with my Geek Squad installation. We moved in to a house we remodeled (and spent good money on) so was concerned about any damage or holes. The guys were very cautious, asked me each time my preference (with pros and cons) and drove to a great outcome: Both TVs and sound bar are mounted, look fantastic, and they cleaned up after themselves too. This is why I keep Total Tech Support!

Geek squad team was wonderful. They showed up in a timely manner. Mounted the tv with no problems. Explained to me how to operate the tv as well as the sound bar and subwoofer. Very professional and friendly.

The service was more than excellent. We had two installers for our 65" TV - they removed our old one from the wall mount and installed the new TV on the wall. Since we were changing from a 47" to 65" they adjusted the mount about 3-4 inches so it would be proper level and not too high. They also made sure all the cables were neat and zipped so it looked good. As one was doing the finishing touches the other installer a young lady turned on the TV and helped run through all the apps and menus that it had. She showed us every detail. They cleaned everything up and took our old TV away. My wife and I hesitated to pay Geek Squad to install it, we were going to try. Trust me the skill, speed, and guarantee made it worth them doing it all. It was effortless for them.

Best service for a home installation we have ever had. Guys where very knowledgeable on how to mount the tv into our rock fireplace. They cleaned up afterwards and even tied up all the loose wires so it is seem less.

The guys were great, they installed the whole tv set, even though they were not shipped at the same time. They installed & mounted my soundbar and mounted the tv to the wall. They were fast, knowledgeable, and easy to interact with.

Great experience. Arrived on day promised and on time. Hung 85 inch tv above fire place.Did a great job centering tv and leaving enough room for sound bar. Wanted someone that knew what they were doing and that’s what I go.

GEEK Squad was scheduled to arrive at 11:30 am. They arrived at 10:30 am. It took them 30 minutes to install the bracket and mount my 85" TV. They asked if I needed any devices connected, and I told them I would do that myself. They cleaned up the area and asked if I needed anything else. I did not. They removed all the packaging and departed. It wasn't until they had departed that I noticed they kept the Installation Manual (found one online) and all the unused mounting accessories. That could be a problem down the road when I buy a new TV and don't have all the bolts, shims, etc needed to mate a new TV to the wall bracket. Not sure where I can get a replacement. I'll try contacting SANUS.

Love Geek Squad! They recently installed my TV and wall mount. Last year they installed our Frame TV and hid the chords in the wall. They do such a great job! Definitely worth getting your TV at Best Buy and getting Geek Squad to install your Wall mount TV. They are the best!
