Both fellows name Steve came in and mounted and set my tv up for me, answered all my questions, may i say they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy, Thanks guys for the awesome job

Geek squad was wonderful!! They were friendly, professional and efficient with my tv mount and set up! They gave great advice for an antenna for local channels.

The guys came told me exactly how it will be installed…after installation process they set the tv up for me and showed me how to use the new programming…They where very sweet

The first two guys that came to mount my new TV left it too high too & didn't have time to lower my Mount so they suggested getting a new adjustable mount.. I have the tech plan so another guy Rafael came another day and lowered my mount and TV for me & did an excellent job.

Two Geek Squad guys came to install a tv bracket on the wall and mount my existing tv to it. I already owned the bracket. They were very professional and did a great job. Very careful with my things and house. Looks good and I’m confident it will hold for a long time.

The setup personnel were professional and very informative! It was a pleasure to have them install my equipment.

David and Rafael from the Geek Squad did an AMAZING job mouthing and setting up my new Hisense 65 inch TV and the Soundbar Mount for my Hisense Soundbar. Their expertise and customer service is Top Notch!!! Being a Total Protect Member has paid for itself at least twice over. Must Buy 100%.

Service was excellent. My Geek guy was very, very professional, nice, friendly, and on the job. He handled EVERYTHING just right. The position of my television is right on time. I am not looking up at it like I used to do at my other resident. He gave great advice also as far as my Cable people. He's a keeper. Lol

We buy all our electronics and more from Best Buy. Because of the hands down best customer service, return policy, geek squad, price matching, etc. The squad came out (twice) and made it happen. We had some hiccups (not with them) but they got the mount up and our tv. They were kind and patient. Hire the squad to help, you won’t be disappointed.

Very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen came and got the job done quickly. They were friendly and took the time to help me set up my accounts and walked me through all of the things I needed to know about my new TVs.

The 2-man team did a great job. They had to drill through a porcelain wall, so it wasn't easy.

They agents were VERY knowledgeable and hooked up everything perfectly, and showed us everything on the TV.

If u purchase a large TV, you would be nuts not to have it installed. The 2 installers arrived on time, clean and professional looking. Within 15 minutes the TV was on wall, all attachments properly attached and WORKING. The cleaned up the packing materials and we’re out the door. Delighted with their work! I must add I have high gloss tile on floors. Everything marks. They put on shoe coverings and took care protect my new floors. Could not be happier!!

Geek squad did an excellent job of mounting my TV with an excellent mount. I did have to hire an electrician to run an outlet to the wall because geek squad doesn’t do that. geek squad did an excellent job of hiding all wires and the cable box.

A big thanks to Scott and Dalton from the Geek Squad!! They came on time, put their shoe covers on, took the old tv out, set up the tv mount, made sure all the outlets were good, put the tv up, set up the Blu Ray player and sound bar, and set up the various tv accounts, and tutored us on how to operate it all! Then, when they were done, they cleaned everything up and even vacuumed!! Perfect!! We finally have no wires showing!! Thank you so much!! Everything went without a hitch!!

The GEEK….that set up my 55in television and connected my devices, did a great job. He was very professional. He made sure everything was working before he left. I would recommend the GEEK SQUAD!
