The installer Best Buy sent to deliver and install my new TV was terrific! He was experienced and knowledgeable, personable and helpful! He did a fantastic job mounting my TV and hooking up all of my devices. Showed us how to use the settings and remote. JC Digital Inc went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and understood how to get the most out of our new TV.

The agents mounted my tv and connected it to provided devices like my antenna and soundbars. They were very courteous and professional, asking for clarification which was helpful. They also offered tips on cable management.

So the team is great. The guys are very knowledgeable and I must admit, very VERY fast. I can imagine my entire day destroyed trying to unpackage and mount a TV. My only gripe is that the things they use to attach cable boxes to the back of the TV are a bit faulty. This is my 2nd tv from them for install, and both times it’s hanging off the back! I’m sure they can come and rescue it though. That’s the only reason why I didn’t go for the 5 stars.

The geek squad agents Isiah and Ryan mounted and Installed my Sony 75” 950H like pro’s!!! They were so detailed and worked together flawlessly like a NASCAR pit crew. They were very well equipped with the right tools and were really nice with setting up and explaining how my television worked! They were very clean and left everything perfect. They were very courteous and professional! Awesome job guys!!!

Agents were very professional even making recommendations that i purchase a better wall mount than the one that LG provided with the set, and i'm glad i did.

I purchase a 50" Sony smart TV for an older couple. The couple had lots of concerns and questions. The two Best Buy employees were very professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service, they nailed it.

The agents installed my 85 inch TV precisely as asked very quickly. They also hooked up my soundbar and firestick and made sure all was running appropriately.

The team communicated thier arrival & showed up on time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They knew what they were doing and got my tv mounted above my fireplace in no time! They involved me as well to be sure it was placed where I wanted and went through the tv settings with me. They also took care to be sure cords were hidden. Highly recommend.

I purchased my tv on August 10. It was delivered 13 days later. I was scheduled for installation 5 times. No one ever showed up nor did they call. So I canceled the purchase and they scheduled it for pickup. We were very disappointed that e didn’t get to keep the tv. However, on August 29, the pick up tv day a very nice man named Jeff Magallanes showed up to retrieve the tv and bracket. He asked me why we were returning it. When I told him about all the no show installs and reschedules he asked if we still wanted the tv. I said we did but it’s of no use to us sitting in a box for 19 days and a future install sometime in September, a month after purchase!! This guy, Jeff, said he would install it NOW if we really wanted to keep it. Of course I said YES, so he called his supervisor and told him what was going on. The supervisor agreed that we had waited too long and gave Jeff the go ahead to install it. Jeff did a wonderful job and saved our tv. He saved Best Buy a sale of nearly $1000. Jeff is a great asset to Best Buy and should get a raise for what he did for this family. THANK YOU JEFF!!❤️

Russell, the technician who installed our TV, was timely, professional, communicative, and an absolute expert! We bought a 65" TV and needed it mounted in the corner of a room. The associate at Best Buy recommended a wall mount and a kit to run the power, optical, and HDMI cables through the wall. Our house was built in 1890 and the walls, while drywall on the surface, harbor many intricate layers of plaster, hand-cut wood, and who knows what else! The technician, who also owned a historic home, installed the cable kit and wall mount expertly and efficiently. He singlehandedly completed the entire project in less than an hour! We were impressed with his friendly, yet professional demeanor and the care he took to ensure our entertainment setup was impeccably installed. We will definitely use Geek Squad in the future!

Loved the service from the moment they came in my apartment. It was a rainy day and before they came in they put on these covers on their shoes which I appreciated (y’all think about everything). Nice and respectful gentleman. I think it didn’t even take them 15 minutes to mount my 75” TV. Very satisfied with the service and results.

I can’t remember the installer’s name, but I really appreciate how professional, clean and fast he was, I really want to thank best buy for hiring only the best to do these installation’s, I will always have confidence in the Best Buy’s employees!!!! THANK YOU BEST BUY ONCE AGAIN!!!!

Team was friendly and came in a timely manner. Was able to wire my accessories correctly and hide it behind the tv. Very satisfied and will be using them again. Price has gone up a bit on mounting, but they are insured for a business compared to your one friend down the block that can “do it”.

I want to say how such an amazing JOB GEEK SQUAD installed 3 TV’s two neo Samsung neos and Samsung 85 with amazing service Well dressed well mannered absolutely amazing!!!

Samsung no longer supports the no gap mount for their premier 4K tv. So, I sent that back and got a very low profile mount. The Geek Squad showed up, removed the drywall to recess mount the mount and installed my TV. There is < .4 inch gap between wall and TV. It looks like artwork. Can't wait till they recess mount my speakers, which are on their way from England and will be here soon. These guys are awesome!

The gentleman were not only professional, they were very knowledgeable a out their craft. I’m a teacher and they could to my class any day and teach my students about teamwork. As a team. these two gentlemen worked together to come up with the best results for my television insert.
