The agents who mounted my tv were awesome. It took them no time to install. They were very polite, respectful, and efficient! I definitely recommend them and their services! I will be calling them again for all my future installations. Thanks again, guys!

All i can say is the guy that came and installed my Tv and Mount did an amazing job and he knew what he was doing he was an experienced and professional he mounted my tv less than 45 minutes he even showed me the functions of my new tv with the magic remote and also put a cord cover so you cant see no wires great job Geek squad.

The agents came to my house within the given timeframe and did a fantastic job, mounting my tv to the wall. They walked me through various reasons why they were doing things a certain way. In the end, my tv looks great where it is.

Beyond amazed at the professionalism, timeliness, and execution. Just had a sour experience with another mounting service install (Best Buy Third Party). I was so happy to get the actual Geek Squad. Ben was attentive, helpful, and the full representation of what I expected with the service. He even marked up the wall prior to installing which gave me the confidence needed.

Andres and his partner were on time, friendly, efficient and very thorough in the set up and install of our new TV. They walked me through how the remote worked and settings information. They also got our sound bar connected and operating with the new tv.

The delivery and install persons, especially Brandon, are super professional and install both TV and sound bar perfectly. They helped with setting up and go over all the features of the Smart Google TV XR75X95J TV as well as the Sony HT7000 sound bar with me. Both Geek Squad installers are very nice and did all clean up. I highly recommend Best Buy TotalTech support and installation with wall mount from Best Buy!

David with Geek Squad did a fantastic job mounting our new 55 inch Bravia TV on our outside porch. There was only one potential option for where this TV could go….and David made it happen! Great service!

My installer Kevin was awesome! He walked through and downloaded the Samsung app on my smart tv and recommended a better mount for my tv than what I purchased. He had the mount on his truck and he started my refund and purchase for the old and new mounts right on site. He gave plenty of tips on the tv and when I told him I was mounting some smaller TVs in some other rooms he asked where I was mounting them in those rooms and he checked to see if the wall studs were compatible to those areas and put blue tape on those wall locations for me. I can’t remember ever getting better in home service than what Kevin provided. Excellent work and customer service all wrapped into one!

Agent Jesus and his assistant were awesome and patient at mounting my new LG Oled Tv and LG surround bar. Did everything perfectly and answered a couple questions we had. I would recommend them to install your new tech they have such a fun personality. Well done guys I would like to have them again on my next tech install.

Just bought a 58 in sharp 4k tv that I had the geek squad mount in my bedroom and moved the Samsung 55 in that was previously in my bedroom down to my basement in which they also mounted using full motion mounts. They did an excellent job as they have done with so many other tech jobs around my home...Tv mounting done effortlessly and nicely.My third tv that the Geek squad has done over the last year!!!

They expertly mounted our new Frame TV. They tucked the chord inside the wall, and the TV is PERFECTLY straight and lined up with the top of the mantle next to it. They were friendly and not in a rush, but did it exactly right.

The geek squad was great. So helpful. They communicated well and arrived promptly. They definitely knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the service. My 85 inch Qled looks great.

The agents mounted my TV with no issues. Quick easy and finished the job in a timely manner. They asked where would I like the TV mounted and hung. They also set everything to one remote. That way I would not have a bunch of remotes.

Perfect if you want your setup to look professionally done. The tech save the day by having the caps for Samsung TVs that help fit the tv more securely to the back of the TV. Without the caps you can not install them. My TV was about 2 years old and didn't remember where those caps were or even seeing them, but if you don't have them you can not mount your tv. The tech saved about $400.00 worth of services for best buy. Home theatre should notify customers of these caps when a tv mount installation is purchased for Samsung TVs.

The installers were patient and courteous and did a great job. They took the time to place TV where we wanted it and at a good height for our viewing pleasure. The were willing to answer all our questions. They were careful of our belongings while doing the install.

The tech did a beautiful job mounting my TV. He ran the cords through the wall so I don't have ugly cords hanging down. He put the cable box and Firestick on the back where they can't be seen. He also installed the sound bar on the TV so when it is turned the sound follows. He did set up so I only have 2 controls to deal with instead of 3 and explained how to use everything.
