If I could give 10 stars I would. I cannot remember these installers' name, but they were absolutely professional when they arrived and delivered my TV. They were respectful of my property and put on covers over their shoes. They were precise in installing my TV, carefully measuring to ensure everything was straight. They gave their honest opinion on what would be best when hanging my soundbar. Not trying to sell any products but they gave me options as to what would be a better fit for me. They were quick but their work was done efficiently. Can't praise this team enough.

Review: The Geek Squad team did an excellent job mounting my TV. They arrived on time, were clean and courteous throughout the process, and made sure everything was set up properly. When we weren’t happy with the initial position, they adjusted it until it was exactly how we wanted. Great job overall—I’d definitely recommend their service. For context, this is actually a Sony TV KDL-46EX500 we bought back in 2010. The mounting bracket we used probably cost more than a brand-new TV would today, but it’s still holding up great! Maybe next time we’ll look into reusing the bracket for a thinner, newer TV and even cleaning up the cables with some in-wall electrical work to hide them. For now though, it works really well. The articulating mount lets us move the screen around easily—kind of like Michael on The Office. Sometimes I just sit here for hours watching TV.

We had the Geek Squad install our recent purchase of a Samsung 85" TV along with the mount to support it on the wall. The team that arrived was very professional and asked all the right questions so that the TV was mounted exactly as we wanted. They wasted no time in getting the TV mounted and configured and the end result turned out great. I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Technicians Deshawn and Dylan from Geek Squad were the best!! The were very efficient, careful, and they explained the installation process very clear and concise. They gave suggestions when need, without feeling pressured. ( I previously purchased a wall mount, that another store personnel ( Not bought at Best Buy) which said that would hold my 75” television, and would swing out. Come to find out, the arm mounts would have been to short to hold the television and perform that task. They suggested the correct wall mount .. and it’s just PERFECT! I had 2 technicians arrive with my new 75” Neo QLED TV. They were very professional and took great care with the installation. They went above & beyond by taking my old TV down for me and moving it to another room of my choice. They installed the new TV which had a little bit of a difficult connection to the existing wires. So they made me new wires, explained everything. They were both well informed about the product and while setting it up for me, showed and explained everything to me along the way. I would recommend using the installation option if you’re in the market for a new TV!

Juan came out to install my TV and did a fabulous job removing my old TV and hanging my new bigger one. I cannot remember the name of the man that told my brother and I all about the TCL TV but he was so knowledgeable and really helped both of us to make a good decision with which TV to buy. One also suggested that he hang my new TV a little higher than the previous TV had been hung and he hung my sound bar on the TV which before had been mounted to the wall. Best Buy did not do the original install so I’m very impressed with the geek squad.

Geek Squad came and installed our Samsung 55" TV and we are so pleased with the installation. Jordan and James did an excellent job and were very patient in explaining how the TV worked to us. They were very tidy in their work and were very good in the placement of the TV. Everything measured and hung great!!! So glad we chose the Geek Squad. The picture is actually showing a piece of Artwork on the screen.

Worth every penny on our 77in TV. The team was in and out within 30-45 minutes. We had everything ready for them when they got here. We had a general idea of where we wanted it, they gave us a few pointers on placement. They were courtesy and left no trace! Just a wonderful new TV mounted on the wall! Saved us from going nuts trying to hang it ourselves!

The technicians who came to my home were professional, and friendly. They made quick work of the installation of one TV and the move of another set from a table mount to a wall mount. A slight adjustment of the existing wall mount was required. The remotes were programmed and the job was complete.

The "best buy" ever. The TV service agent , Payrick, took every moment necessary with me, from inches from wall ro edge of mantel, type, size and TV care at my gas firepl ace...i was so impresssed, i had to tell him. Im in a wheelchair with cancer, and he made my day so bearable! Also! I got next day delivery AND installation! TV and arm perfect size!!

Was really not wanting the stress of mounting a 85 inch samsung television over a fireplace and mantle with mere centimeters left to spare for it to sit flush and decided to hire the geek squad for the job. It was absolutely worth every cent and im very happy with the outcome and service. I highly recommend if you have the means to do so.

The installation by the Geek Squad was flawless. They measured out where my tv would go and marked the wall with tape so I could see the positioning of the edges and inputbox. The installation matched perfectly and wasnextremely clean. The Best Buy brand of wall mount has worked beautifully. I can't recommend these guys enough!!

The bracket is awesome and holds a very large TV. The tech did a great installation job.

Install Steve and tech Steve did a great job. Everything was done neat and clean. Install Steve made sure everything was done the way I wanted it and gave great advice when I wasn't sure about something. Tech Steve made sure everything was set up properly and explained how and why things were set up the way they were and how to adjust any settings I might want to change. My room was spotless when they left. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did

Excellent work. I was a bit apprehensive that the Geek Squad wouldn’t or couldn’t find a solution to mounting my newly purchased 75 inch television set to my desired location BUT they came through! I have a brick chimney that has been modernized and covered by sheet rock. The sheet rock has about two inches of space between it and the brick chimney with some wood 2x4s anchored in to the brick so the sheet rock can be mounted to the wood. Well the Geek Squad was able to find the wood behind the sheet rock using an anchor finder but we hade to get a mount whose bolts would fit where the wood was located and they had it. They were prepared to drill into the brick chimney (even though I was hoping they wouldn’t have to and made it be known) if they had to but they found a way to make it work! I’m super happy with the end result.

Very professional, friendly & personable. Tech got my new TV installed, guided me through the settings patiently answering all my questions. He really went the extra mile, very impressed. Before he left, gave me his business card letting me know I can contact him if I have any issues. Extremely pleased with the Geek Squad techs

I had my Sony Bravia mounted to the wall in our apartment. The installers were punctual and careful with their unwrapping, measurement and mounting. Super happy with this and so much easier than struggling with hardware locations and level mounting. I highly recommend this service.

The GeekSquad installers were amazing. They were courteous and professional, and then knew what they were doing. I purchased a TV mount for an 85 inch TV or larger. They actually were hanging on the wall mount just to check the strength to make sure it was installed correctly. It was incredible.

Paul who installed my TVs was very helpful and very professional. He even helped me know and understand that the mounts that I bought were not suited for the wall and he offered the right one. His customer service is excellent. I truly recommend his work. Btw, he even cared about not making a mess and placed the plastic bag on the wall so as not to scatter the powdered debris from the wall. He also worked with confidence and helped me set up the TV and connect my laptop. Thank you.
