Bang up job mounting my new Frame TV. The guys were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an 85 inch TV with a sound bar installation. The installation was a nightmare as the TV was crooked and the sound bar was not properly mounted nor the remote worked. The picture quality is great but the crooked installation ruins the viewing experience. The service quality is also subpar, after many holes drilled in my new walls and I expected better from geek Squad agents. Overall, the installation experience and mediocre customer service quality has left me feeling disappointed with my purchase.

Fast and efficient tv mounting. They went the extra mile and installed my speakers into my receiver. Turned out that the sound from the rear speakers was terrible and i had to disconnect the whole thing. Plus, since they spliced the wires, I was not able to set up the whole surround sound I had previously had upstairs. So the sub, sound bar and rear speakers were useless to me and mi had to buy a whole new sound bar. Now i have wires running all over the wall and does not look like it was professionally installed at all.

The team did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend them to family and friends! They even had treats for my fur girl.

Best Buy over the year have been a very satisfying store for electronics and other needs.Thier customer service have been great soon as I entered the store they welcomed me what great hospitality.

Yes all connections were done right ,and I am very happy with my new smart tv.The color is perfect,brightness. But the very best part is I no longer have a hue monthly BILL,I can’t said it enough,very happy with my smart tv.

We are extremely happy with Darius and Steve. They came in installed the TV and Sound Bar very quickly. Showed us how to work the remote answered all our questions and did an amazing job of cleaning up.

I can’t say enough positive things about the 2 fellows who installed my TV…. They called when they were on the way, were in time, were efficient, were pleasant, cleaned up after themselves, returned the bracket that I purchased and didn’t end up needing for me, and texted me to confirm the return the next day. They were beyond 5 stars!!
