The two young men who came to my house were Mike and Ian. They were very polite and pleasant. They knew what they were doing. The install was quick and Ian made sure I new how everything worked.

They did an excellent job installing my tv. It looks great!! I’m so god I didn’t have to try to figure out how to mount a tv over my fireplace. It wouldn’t have ended well!

The service was great, they installed my 65 inch t.v in a hard to reach spot perfectly very professional they should work for NASA they because they are so smart and saved me the hassle of going to pick it up and bringing it home and loading and off loading, doing all of that can be a nightmare so I am glad best buy took care of all that trouble. All I had to do was just lay here and best buy did all the foot work.

Phillip & Andrew were a good team. They measured and installed the in-wall speakers, pulled all of the cables, and routed then to the AVR. Lastly, they did a really clean tie-up of all of the cables. They were equally effective with installing the TV mount and hanging the TV, a 77" Sony Bravia. This is not easy, especially in existing construction. They were well organized and communicated professionally. And the end result is terrific. I look forward to having the two of then back for our additional TV purchase and installation.

They were excellent, very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was great and the cleanup after the work was excellent.

We loved the first one so much we bought a 2nd. Our electrician bought the same model and so did my dad. Great clarity in locations with windows and lots of light.

They were on time and they did what I wanted. I was amazed at how fast they were done with the whole thing. But then again I had installed the electrical outlet and ran cables in the wall.

Tech’s mounted the tv, made sure it was level and connected! They were fast, efficient, courteous and tech’s worked well together!
