The agents were wearing booties and white gloves. The lead man, Kennan, was like a hospital technician. His helper was also squared away. I trusted their ability completely. They mounted a 65" TV on a Sanus wall mount perfectly centered in my media room. They cleaned up and even took the giant box away with them so it didn't have to go out in my garbage. They were so good, I bought a plan where they discount their services for further installations, which I just happen to want. TVs on walls are so cool!

The 2 agents called 10 minutes out "on our way." Friendly, courteous and professional, they had my 77" Samsung mounted and working on a mobile stand I'd assembled in about 15 minutes. They cleaned up box/Styrofoam, left my bedroom in clean condition. Great job guys!

The agents mounted removed my old tv and replaced its for my new tv i had purchased from buybest. The agents arrived on time and were very professional. They kept me and my wife in tune how long it’s will take. The agents also explained what how they are placing the wires and cable box behind the tv. Over all i was very impressed with how they worked.

The entire purchase to set-up,was exceptional. My sales rep, Casey Hicks, provided superior customer service. He listened to what I wanted, then made recommendations. I ended up with an awesome mounted tv, sound bar, DVD player, and they set up everything with my cable box. The Geek Squad was Nick & Dallas. I just need to hit one button to get it going. I love, love, love it! Casey, Nick & Dallas are examples of how to treat a customer.

Clayton and Ricardo arrived punctually and were helpful and polite. They installed the equipment and were available to answer all our questions. They removed all packing materials as requested and tested all the installed equipment, including updating software. They were a very competent team.
