They did a fantastic job mounting my new Samsung in the living room and then moving and mounting my other TV in my bedroom. They went over all of the features of the new TV and hooked all Bose system and DVD to the new TV. They also set everything up to use with one controller.

Sure, setting up a tv is easy. Well, they can be too heavy and awkward for one person. We decided we'd let the Geek Squad do all the heavy and detail work. No sweat on my part. They showed up on time. Asked the location and we showed them the living room. We had an existing tv (to be taken away) and soundbar. They put up the new wall mount for the tv, the tv, the sound bar (we couldn't let them do rear speakers as other construction going on), and set it up on the home network. Quick, clean, polite, and answering all our questions. Showed us the basics for this tv and soundbar. Absolutely would recommend them!

I ordered this for the installation of my 65" Samsung TV I purchased. With the size and price paid, I did not want to try to be "The Expert". The experts arrived—two guys—and immediately ensured I was ready and had all the items needed for the install. They were not only knowledgeable but friendly and informative, too. Some of the items I purchased online were identified before installation as not being the best fit, and they offered alternate solutions that they were prepared for and had in their truck. Once installed, they ensured I understood how to connect the soundbar I purchased separately to the TV which input he used, and why. He showed my how to properly move/adjust the TV with the mount so as to not damage either and verified all my questions were answered before they left my property. They were truly entertaining, engaging, and a GREAT couple of guys that I got the opportunity to spend time with that afternoon! I would definitely order the Geek Squad again for major purchases, as they are much more than just load bearers of the equipment and delivery, they are technicians that come into your home with all the knowledge, that you didn't even know you might need to know! The Geek Squad team arrived exactly on time a couple days after a major snow storm. That was impressive. They worked as a well oiled machine answering all my questions and removing my old set and installing a new mount and my new OLED TV. The best part was when they offered me a way to hide my power wire and cables by installing a kit behind and below my TV. I had never heard of this before and it looks great! They were in and out in an hour and the TV was up and running, the cable connection synced and they even vacuumed the floor. It was completed in time for me to host an eye popping Super Bowl gathering for a few friends the following weekend. Thanks Total Tech!

They did an Awesome job looks perfect on my wall. It works really well beautiful picture amazing sound and I even got the sound bar to match the TV and they hooked everything up together for me. They were very fast. They were very friendly and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone.

The agents mounted my tv. They carefully measured the wall to make sure mount is centered. They asked to see how high we want the tv. They cleaned up and vacuum the mess they made from drilling into the walls. They were professional and knowledgeable.

Had an awesome experience with the Geek Squad. Their install was perfect. They took the time to insure I was happy with the placement, that I knew how everything worked and cleaned up completely before they left.

I had my Sony Bravia mounted to the wall in our apartment. The installers were punctual and careful with their unwrapping, measurement and mounting. Super happy with this and so much easier than struggling with hardware locations and level mounting. I highly recommend this service.

The Geek Squad reps were very friendly and professional. They delivered/mount my LG C2 83” Oled TV. They also offered to setup my speakers and subwoofer. One can tell that they are knowledgeable about what they were doing in regards to the setups. The only reason a rated them four stars instead of five was because while one of the agents went to the van to get a tool/material the out-of-tv fell flat to the carpet. The agent was not attentive…after a closer look there was no physical damage to the tv…although it was a scary moment…hopefully the tv stays great as expected-thus, I’d torally recommend the total tech membership for such a large purchase

Biggest TV I can fit in media center. Edge to edge 70''. Couldn't fit a 75'' or 65'' so small but still way bigger compromise and the price was right, Geeks did a great job installing, including remounting my heavy existing wall mount, a good one though heavier than the ones you can buy now. They also cleaned up my nest of snakes power supplies, power bars and cables. And they demonstrated how both my new TV and new Amp work and work together, programmed my remotes and even delivered the new items in the Geekmobile.

I didn't read the reviews before buying an 83" LG C3 OLED and I'm kind of glad. Even though it seems like high ratings for large TV installs, there are a lot of negative reviews with pics to prove it. But I was fortunate enough to have a very good crew. Positioning your TV is, in my opinion, the responsibility of purchaser and NOT the installation crew. I taped off the center of my media room and I also carefully measured the height of my center channel speaker and taped off the minimum height that the OLED should be at or above. I have a nice HT setup with a ton of electronics, so the reviews where the TV fell off the wall definitely worry me. I bought the heaviest duty Sanus wall mount though, so hopefully all will be ok for the time I own this and maybe even the next TV. I plan to leave the TV back against the wall when listening to 2-channel music and then pull it away (~30") when viewing a movie, NFL football game or a TV show. To be honest, I with the Sanus mount wasn't so jankie. You can move it around if you sneeze. It should be tighter and harder to twist or move it side-to-side. But that's not the Geek Squad's fault and could be adjustments on the stand itself to firm things up. I will look more into it. Anyway, the 36" height marked with blue tape and the center of my room taped onto my carpet were both met with precision. And I mean nearly exact precision. 36" were observed with a laser measure on either side of the OLED. I spent the day after moving in all of my racks, equipment and speakers and all lined up beautifully. I am happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you!

I've had 3 tvs mounted using the discount service provided through the total tech support membership. Friendly knowledgeable service that was as quick as 30 minutes for the easiest install, but would happily spend several hours on my most difficult.

My TV mounting was excellent. The installers were very professional and took their tasks of mounting the TV and making all the basic components functioned the way they should.

I needed a tv mount installed in my bedroom for my 55" tv. I was so happy with how they did with our 85" tv and wall mount, it was a no brainer to come back to Best Buy. I was pleasantly surprised to get the same team for this job. Everything went smoothly, just like the first time. The team was very professional and got the job done promptly and neatly.
