Geek Squad installed the 65” TV pretty quickly. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They even put my old TV where I wanted them to put it.

Recently remodeled our house. I wasn’t comfortable putting holes in my new drywall so I scheduled the professionals to come in. They had everything measured, marked, drilled, installed, and cleaned up within 50 minutes. I’m scheduling them to come install my basement tv’s this week. I’m satisfied with the exceptional service they provided!

Highly recommend the Best Buy geek squad to come out and mount your TV professional courteous quick and They do not make a mess was told a time of buying that I can either use the geek squad or a third-party do you have the install and she recommended the geek squad I totally agree fantastic people great job

This tv is amazing. Best buy has great credit programs! I was able to purchase this TV with 5K credit due to a big sale and I had received 10% back on my credit for future purchases.

Showed up on time and did a great job very polite.

Takes effort but results are the ultimate outcome-- I pay $200 + tax for total tech and get Greek squad services. I haven't had to use much but make sure you ask and use what geek squad services are provided otherwise you won't get much out of it

The two man team were extremely prompt, patient, kind and thorough! We are still under construction after Hurricane Michael. They came in and measured, and mounted my home theater equipment. Then made sure it was protected for the finishing touches. This is my 3rd living room television install with best buy geek squad. Still extremely impressed!

Ryan and Thomas are amazing technicians. They are courteous and have great knowledge and even helped me order a sound bar while they were here.

Keith and another Geek Squad member (sorry, forgot name) came out at the time promised, did install of Sanus bracket and Samaung tv, set it up and cleaned up everything. It was a great experience, definitely recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad!

The entire process was outstanding customer service!!!! I appreciate that prior to the technicians arrival Best Buy sent pictures of the technicians. They mounted my 65” Sony TV to the bricks above the fireplace with ease. Also explained the precautions for mounting a TV to brick.
