    The agents did a top job setting up my 65" TV with a wall mount and an in-wall power cable accessory. Everything looks great when finished and very functional. The Geek Squad agents were friendly, professional and completed the work in short order and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done.

    Service proffessional, is professional, couteous and knowledgable in our efforts to be as prepared as possible he quickly addressed the challenge and had our new tv installed and working very quickly. We were most pleased and satisfied.

    Geek Squad Incomplete Work On 7/13/23

    Hello Best Buy, It's unfortunate but the TV mounting and installation on 7/13/23 was not completed. The Best Buy crew (Tyler and Michael) that came out to my home on 7/13/23 to mount a TV and install in-wall power ran into an issue with a support cross member inside the wall. They couldn't fish all wires down the wall because of the support cross member and couldn’t come up with a reasonable solution so they walked away from the job and suggested that I hire an electrician or contractor to complete the work. Now I have two holes in my wall, an incomplete job and the installation crew washed their hands of all responsibility to complete the work. FYI - I had a Pre On-Site inspection on 7/6/23 so if there were any issues about installation, mounting of the TV or in-wall power, they should have caught it then on 7/6/23 during the Pre On-Site inspection. I returned to Best Buy on 7/13/23 at Santana Row and spoke to Kyle Supervisor. He gave me a partial refund on the in-wall power installation. However, I still have two holes in my wall, an incomplete job so why should I be held responsible for an incomplete job that Best Buy promised they could perform. Again, I had a Pre On-Site inspection on 7/6/23 where suggestions were given on things they could and could not do (i.e. couldn’t install in-wall speaker cables, couldn’t install full motion TV wall mount etc.). They inspected the wall and everything was okay. There was no mention of any issues from Best Buy Adrian that they couldn’t install or complete the installation of the in-wall power unit. Furthermore, I noticed online it states the in-wall power installation was cancelled, I didn’t cancel any work! The installation crew ran into an issue and that’s the reason for the in-wall power cancellation. On Friday 7/14/23 I called Best Buy support and spoke to Steven concerning my issue and after approximately 1 hour was referred to David Supervisor. David and I talked for approximately 15 minutes then he referred me to a Store Manager that he mentioned would call back later that day. However, I didn’t receive a call from the Store Manager. Here’s a few suggestions to complete the work. Have a highly experienced Best Buy employe come back to my home and complete the in-wall power installation or reimburse all cost to hire a contractor to complete the in-wall power installation. Furthermore, my overall rating of the work performed is justified because the work promised by Best Buy was not completed! Regards, Anthony K Arrington

    The guys came prepared. They asked how high or low i wanted my 75" TV mounted. They were professional and quick, but also did quality work.

    Best Buys team came out and mounted our new 83" LG TV and they did an exception job! They were very helpful professional and customer service skills were unmatchable. We are very satisfied!

    We had the tv on top of a low dresser. Mounting it to the wall, I can now watch our tv without seeing my feet blocking the screen.

    The Geek Squad mounted my new 75" Sony 4K UHD TV on my previously installed mount which I bought from Best Buy. The TV was balanced, level and even. The Geek Squad agents then walked me through the TV features and it's operation. They agents were professional and knowledgeable.

    This has been absolutely the WORST experience ever and I’ve even work at Best Buy and have never heard of such a situation. I don’t ever plan on doing a service with Best Buy Geek Squad ever again. I purchased a 75” Samsung Tv as well as a mounting service. Both services were scheduled to be done 11/30. I’ve had to reschedule and move my entire day around 4 times in span of three weeks and still can’t get the services done. I finally received my tv last week but still am having issues with mounting it. I have multiple email confirmations and the last email I have was for December 14th (I’ll include a screenshot) yet they don’t have it in their system. I’ve talked to multiple people as well as two supervisors and they all say the same thing. They can’t do anything to actually help aside from suggesting to reschedule. For one of the days I scheduled for my tv to be mounted and delivered I physically seen the geek squad truck parked outside across the street from my apartment in the grocery store parking lot. I waited to receive a call and never did however from what I was informed it was left in some notes that a phone call was mad and they had no access to the building. I watched them drive off and never contacted me. It also does not help that the number that’s left on the app and given out is geek squad call center. They don’t have any direct contact with the actual geek squad service teams that are going out to do the services.

    Geek Squad tried, sub did it when I got right moun

    I had initially bought the wrong mount so the Geek Squad crew had to leave. I bought the right mount and a sub contractor came out the next day. On time and did a good job. Made me nervous watching one guy climb the ladder carrying a 55" tv to hang over the bedroom door, but he got it done.

    Stephanie was the primary installer. She was prompt, courteous and very skilled. Once the TV was mounted she and her helper completed the setup and answered our questions.

    For what was done, Techs and work were perfect. BUT, I was supposed to have the AV/Stereo install as a part of this purchase. Tech said they would get back to finish job. When will that be ?

    I couldn’t have raised and mounted the 75 in tv on the wall without Best Buy. The Geek Squad is the service to use for most devices in you home. I’ve had a complete kitchen installed without a hitch. This is the one to use.
