The agents mounted the tv. Set up the WiFi. Made sure streaming services worked throughout home with our new server. Super guys.

JR and Shawn were very quick and knowledgeable about setting up the new TV. They made it very easy and stress free for us. We are so happy we used Best Buy and will always use them in the future. I really appreciate how fast they put everything together for us.

The Geek Squad was great in installing my 65" Samsung TV and apple TV and speakers. Very courteous and cleaned up and explained everything about the TV and Apple equipment.

I told the salesclerk and showed photos of the two areas I wanted televisions hung on my walls with no visible cords. I was purchasing a smaller set and wanted a larger one I had already bought hung. I signed the receipt and left. Several days later the Geek Squad installer showed up and told me I had only paid for one installation, and even with that he was unable to install the televisions the way I had requested, and that I needed to reschedule. I decided to hire a licensed electrician to hang both sets a few days later. The sets were hung beautifully but I noticed there was a lot of cellophane on one corner of the newer TV. It turned out the newer TV had a small crack near the right edge and it wasn’t cellophane after all.. I had to wait several more days for a son to come and remove the TV from the wall to exchange it. Once inside the store I was made to feel embarrassed by one of the managers. I felt like I was being examined as if I was on the old ‘Perry Mason’ TV show. He refused to exchange the $400 set and said the box was in too good a shape for the television to have been damaged, I returned the set a few days later from the installation, and that the Geek installer had no notes regarding the condition of the TV set. I countered that the Geek installer said he couldn’t install the TV and never opened the box! In essence he inferred that I was a liar and was trying to scam the store. I have spent on purchases several thousands of dollars from Best Buy since the 1990s and still have the receipts, but this obviously will be my last major purchase from Best Buy. It was a terrible and embarrassing experience!!

They connected the TV and put it on the wall. Everything looked fine, the picture and sound were great. Over the next few days I noticed that the wall mount, which pulls out and rotates was not holding the TV straight. I pulled it out as far as allowed and had to tighten every adjustable screw and fastener that was holding everything together. Yes they installed everything but didn’t tighten anything. What could have been a disaster turned out ok. Do check and look at everything that was touched before signing off on the installation...

Good final results, had many people swapping in and out of the process due to the original installer calling out for the day. Overall a success after a follow up visit to give clarification on the install. 83” OLED Living Room.

The crew was skilled and quickly and professionally installed my 65 inch TV. They were neat and informative. Maybe they could have taken a little more time to review how to use the smart TV and how to get to Betflix etc. The talk was over almost over before it began.

My first time useing Geek squad. On time rolling in deep. Professional experience. I will be using them to to my needs in my home as long as i live. Great job guy's. See u all again when you set up my home camera's. Thank you.

Geek Squad Guy, Matt, was excellent! He arrived within our window frame, calling first. He was polite and very efficient! We are very pleased with the wall mount installation … the TV looks great and the cords are hidden!

Nelson @ MASTEC installed my TV. He was very knowledgeable, personal, and very pleasant to work with. He also explained how the tv & remote worked.

Was TOTATLLY worth folks. Im not a paid person or whatever. Just regular dude who likes his purchases Geek Squad handled my tv mount like a Pro. For real. Holds my super heavy 60" Plasma Samsung 3D with ease. Swings with little/some effort, but solid!

The agents came in did their job. They did not recommend the mount i had and i purchased theirs. Same price as the one they did not recommend i use. They gave advice on where to mount and they did the job.

The best 3rd party installer I've had an experience with... On-time, knowledgeable, quick, and had suggestions to maximize viewing experience, future wire routing and gaming systems solutions.

The agents did the big TV correctly. For the small TV, they did not complete the job. Be sure to check that they did everything before they leave. Pictured is the job they completed.
