Customer service gets 5 stars! The two gentlemen that came to my house were respectful, professional and quick. I didn’t notice this but when my husband came home he realized that the tv was slanted. You can def tell that the left side is higher than the right once it’s pointed out. We learned to live with it but I wish this was installed correctly.

The geek squad that installed my television set were very professional they were very caring they were very careful with their measurements and the hookupup to all the devices a thoroughly excellent job

Omar was fantastic and very courteous. He has completed the job very effectively and efficient. Omar made sure the TV was functional after wall mounting it as per our requirements.

The agents came in with their PPE installed the mounting brackets and carefully removed the 82 TV from the box installed the hanging bracket hooked up the auxiliary equipment and once everything was in place they did a demonstration of the newly installed TV .

The technicians from geek squad came out and installed my new TV they were very quick and very courteous they went through the setup and answered all of my questions they explained all of the functions and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results

Had GeekSquad come and take my tv down and remount it in a different location in my house. It is a 85” TV. Whoever did the install (I was not here, my wife was) either missed the stud, or over tightened the bolts. My drywall wall started to cave in. I contacted bestbuy and the soonest they would come and take the TV down was 3 weeks later and by then the TV would have likely hit the floor. I asked if there was anything sooner as I’ve had children in my house as well as pets. The answer was no. I then had to contact someone else to help get the TV down. We started the insurance claim and was told I would hear from them within 72 hours. No phone call, no email, nothing. I then reached back out to them stated they let them know and to look for an email, and the email never came. I was then told that I would need to front the bill to have the wall fixed and then send the bill to their insurance. Again, I find that unacceptable as I should not be responsible for their mistake.here I am almost 5 weeks later and still no communication.

Easy to set up an appointment and arrived on time. Two very friendly and knowledgeable techs. Set up was done very quickly and answered any and all questions that I had.

The agents set up the 98 inch TCL TV quickly and set up all our devices. They were friendly and extremely helpful.

If I ever wondered what the Geek Squad was about, these guys where super representatives of Best Buy. Came in, asked for my thoughts, layed it out in blue tape, asked for my approval and and did the install with gusto and professional approach. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.. you guys rock.

Three guys can and mounted the TV. They said they would not do electrical (which was not explained to me at the time of purchase) and that translated to an access point right next to the outlet which allows the power cord to run behind the wall then out of a hole and into a plug. It looks stupid. They also did not reconnect the Apple TV, Ethernet, or sound bar even though the sales person said they would. There appeared to be a power struggle between two of the installers—so I suspect we could have had everything reconnected, but the “manager” was demonstrating that this service does not have to be done unless explicitly cited in the contract. Overall, I am not happy with the tv setup by geek squad. The most important part for me was mounting, so I can say that I am happy that I did not have to do that part by myself. I guess I can make corrections on the wiring down the road.
