The agents that mounted my tv and sound bar did a great job. They were quick, cleaned up, and overall did an amazing job. I am really happy with the final outcome.

We usually hire a handyman to get all of her work done around the house when we purchased the TV Best Buy. They offered the service and they said that we would get service from the geek squad. It sounded good so we decided to go for it. However, the service we received was not what they advertised. The workers I came to the house were rude. Did not wear a uniform and were definitely not Best Buy employees. They didn’t finish the work on time on the first day so they came back a couple days later the TV that they installed are not properly installed. One of them is tilted and the other one was meant to be flushed against the wall and it is not. The third, we did not let them finish because they made a hole in the drywall . It was an overall terrible experience. This would be our last time installation from Best Buy.

Geek Squad was right on time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend. Well worth the $50 for being a Total Tech Support Member.

Geek squad installed my Samsung 83" inch tv with easy and professionally.

Great service and install was fast and looks so good.

They mounted my TV but said I couldn’t use the mount I had and required me to purchase a very expensive one from them.

They're ok I had surgery 3 months ago but if You can probably do it yourself and save some money

mounting of Mounting bracket was done excellent except we are not happy the wires were not snaked through the wall. Wires are in view. Geek Squad installed other tv in different rooms in the past and hid the wires. That was a excellent Job. I believe they should come back and fix it. I am a total Tech customer.

A little bit more tidiness would have helped. Left to many dangling cables in sight. Had to hide cables myself. Otherwise they did s great job.
