Geek squad employees have always been great. Their Customer service is awesome. Never have I had any complaints or negative situations with them.

Professional as always. They worked around my toddler and infant very well. Made sure we fully understood the functions of the mount.

This was an unfortunate experience with Best Buy. It took three appointments, one of which the Best Buy personnel did not even show up or call. Very disappointed in the quality of work from the geek squad.

They did a great job. Tied all the wires up behind the tv plus the contour box. No wire show. They did a great job on my 75 inch too.
