Great Job Geek Squad, you guys are awesome! Will use you folks again the near future.

Very unsatisfied. I have a full motion mount and the installer (understandably) put the wires behind the sound bar but with zero slack. If I pull the tv out or turn it it pulls the wires against the soundbar almost ripping it off the wall. My full motion mount is useless. My subwoofer doesn't "woof", The volume on the Directv stream remote now doesn't work (it did before). I did retry to reinstall. Everything was already synched to my tv working perfectly. All I wanted was the mount and TV hung. Installer reconnected to his own personnel preferences. When he connected my Directv stream remote, I had to turn the tv off a second time because it only turned off the soundbar and my stream box only, not the tv. I need a full refund and proper reinstall. I will acknowledge he was ontime, polite and professional.

Quick install and he took the time to answer all my questions. He even brought a vacuum to clean up.

Initial install went smoothly, however, when moving i found that there were errors with the install where hiles were drilled into the wall that werent used. Id say i would use the service agaon but make sure im watching closely to ensure this doesnt repeat itself.

Amazing knowledge, customer service and fast service!

Install techs were very nice and friendly. Tv mounted… crooked. Left side is about an inch and a half lower than the right. Currently on hold with geek squad to see if they can send someone out to fix this. They will be out to fix on Friday - 2 days from now. At first I thought the tv was looking crooked from being pulled out and tilted down, after pushing it in and straightening the tilt, it’s still obviously crooked. Definitely should have checked everything well instead of assuming it was installed level and it was just the angle it was set at. I’m hoping the fix goes well and I’m not left with exposed holes. Not happy with this installation but at least they’re willing to send someone out to fix it soon

First off. I used to work for best buy in service. I know what to expect. This is far below acceptable even from a 3rd party (which I was never informed would be the case, I pay for Best Buy for a reason). With a window of 7am to 1 pm, they show up over an hour past 1 pm. My wife is there, she works from home. All they asked her was “how high”. They do the job and leave. I come home to the bottom fixture that was “installed” to run wires in the wall hanging loose due to them cutting a hole in my BRAND NEW HOME’S wall TOO BIG, a huge pile of sheetrock dust all over the floor (both of these hidden by my tv stand that they placed back in front of it) and the tv itself mounted WAAAAY too far over than would make any logical sense (not in the center of the wall and viewing area, about 2 feet over to the right close to the side wall), which they never even asked where to mount it (though I had the tv propped up on the wall exactly where it should have went). I can not contact support or write a review on the specific order as its been hours since they left and it’s conveniently still “not closed”. I mounted the tv in my bedroom myself for several hundred dollars less with better results, i was just hoping to save some time and headache with a much larger tv. Never will use best buy for service again.

Were very professional installing the TV and all the wiring but left without giving full instructions of how to operate and or even any paperwork took all the boxes and all the paperwork and left if something happens I'll have to call him back as I have no paperwork to figure out what's going on

The installation was very neat and clean. Utilized since I was getting a 75 inch LG installed. Professional team. However a bit expensive.

… got the measurements wrong and had to put extra holes in my apartment walls which will cost me. Very nice guys tho.
