The installers were on time, polite, installed the mount quickly, cleaned up after themselves and even showed me how to use the remote, tv and my phone for the TV.

The guys was very nice and politely. I was 2 min away but the waited for me with no worries. And I was very glad for that. The work was done with no mess and very fast. I just wish they could put the cable inside the wall. I got the “Samsung The Frame” made no sense have this tv and keep the cables out. But the guys says the don’t do that. Only hang the tv on the wall. :/

Delivery timing was perfect from different Best Buy directions. Geek Squad Max called April 30 to deliver and set up. While still on the phone, FedEx delivered my Best Buy Sony UBP X800M2 4K Blu-ray player. Other Best Buy purchases were Rocketfish full motion wall mount, Terk 4k to 8K flat antenna, and the Sony Bravia XR 55 X90J 4k Blu-ray TV, with TV sign in, internet connection, and more. It was quite an adventure to watch both Max and Rocky setting it all up. Go Best Buy Geek "Greek gods" Squad! Thankful also that my landlord gave me written approval to wall mount the Sony.

Wonderful service. Agents were thorough and explained how tv, remote control and Alexa worked. They were very knowledgeable. So happy we had them for our installation. Best Buy has been there for our home appliances (Refrigerator,dishwasher, stovetop, sound system ) and now our new LG TV.

Team members of geek squad arrived on time and got right to work. Installation and clean up went smoothly. Tv was installed at the perfect height I asked for. It wasnt until members left I noticed that the tv wasn't installed completely flush. I may attempt to follow up to see it that is at all possible.

The employee was very nice and friendly. He discussed the options with us ahead of time for mounting and explained where we could mount and why. He even helped set up the TV and offered to help with setting up streaming services, I believe. He did accomplish very swiftly as well. Overall 10/10 service, would recommend to a friend, may be the best service I’ve ever had from a home appointment

I bought a wall mount because I was unsure of strength needed for a 50" TV, but it turned out we could use the existing mount, so we saved money there. Installation by Geek Squad rep was friendly and expeditious. Did all the settings for us in terms of best display for the room, and ensured all applications were working. Exemplary service!

The Geek Squad tech Gamin and his assistant were both very friendly, professional and considerate of my space and belongings. They happily and patiently answered all my questions thoroughly, worked hard, and did a great job. Gamin was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt that they both knew what they were doing and were committed to do the task right. I feel like I received a high level of service from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

The install was quick and well done. They asked me how I wanted it and gave me advice on positioning. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The agent mounted my 65 inch TV in a custom area flawlessly. He got it on the first try and came out great. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My experience was great!

Made the appointment for the Geek Squad to install my new Samsung S95C, Sony HT-A7000 and Sony SA-Sw5. They arrived on time were very professional. They installed, set up, answered all my questions and cleaned up everything. Would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a big screen home theatre system.

The technicians installed my television quickly and flawlessly. They took extra care to work neatly and vacuumed when they were finished. They offered me a surge protector and hidden Verizon box mount that I had not purchased (oversight on my part) and charged me fairly for those. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. Excellent service. Five stars!

Geek Squad were very professional. Before they came in the house they put on shoes covers. They asked me where I wanted the TV installation. They were very helpful. They asked me to sit on my couch to make sure it was the correct height. They also turned the TV on to program it. They also showed me how to navigate the remote menus. The small touches makes the customer feel good. I will always use Geek Squad for all my TV needs.

What a great, smooth experience we had with our Geek Squad appointment. They arrived a little early, were extremely neat, answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain the positioning of the tv mount, had us sit and get the feel best for us. The product is just what we wanted, it doesn't stick out too much but yet has adjustments that let you move the set if need be. We are thinking of doing the same in a different room and would request the same team again.

Just awesome The two guys that came to mount the TVs were super professional, super helpful, followed every COVID guideline, and were superior workers. I’ve never used geek squad before but had 3 TVs to mount so I bought the 1 year membership to make the TV mounting a bit cheaper. Their work is 2nd to none. They showed me aspects of the TVs, how to work them, & even told me to get a different sound system (Sonos over Bose {which I did and am super happy}). I will be getting more TVs mounted & have a few other services done! These guys ARE AWESOME!
