The installer were great. They moved the existing TV to a new location in the house, wall mounted the new TV to my specifications and concealed all the wire with the in-wall kit I bought. They kept me informed to there progress, cleaned up when they were done and showed my how to use everything after it was installed and set-up.

Abdul was excellent in mounting our tv bracket and installing the outlet. He was thorough with the height and secure mounting. He listened to our concerns and creatively dropped the line in the wall to come out the opposite side where it was hidden by a credenza, leaving the bedroom wall clean of cords. Install was perfect.

The agent Luis was professional and mounted my flat screen TV exactly where I suggested it to be placed. He measured for accuracy, checked for studs, cut-out section needed for my cordless plug-ins and doubled check with me each step of the process to be sure this is where I wanted the height & centered the Flat Screen with pull-out swivel mounting bracket. It did not take long for him to mount TV! Sit back and relax!

The guys were very professional, courteous, fast & friendly! They made sure before they left my house, & explained all the functions of my new TV! The installation went PERFECT!! I highly recommend the services of the Geek Squad!

The agents were very knowledgeable and efficient when mounting my new 75” tv. They even added an electrical outlet behind the tv so the wires weren’t visible. Highly recommended!

The Best Buy agent placed a TV mount with tilt to support the TV on wall. He was friendly and efficient.

Geek Squad came in at an earlier time slot and professionally mounted 3 TVs in my home. They were friendly and got it done right without any hiccups. The new TV in my living room had issues with the WiFi card so they ordered a new one on the spot. Once the new TV was in, they called me a day early to see if they can come out to swap and set it up. They even went as far as getting the TV price matched without me having to tell them since the price went down from the time of purchase. That’s excellent customer service. Vega, you are the man! This Geek Squad deserves recognition for his professionalism and his outright mannerism. You just don’t get that in people anymore.

When William arrived he determined I had the wrong wall bracket. He said if I ran to Best Buy and got the correct one he would come back that same day and install my TV and he did!!! I thought for sure I would be rescheduling. He was great.

Service tech was on time. Efficient and very professional. He had everything he needed to mount the TV and did a great job setting everything up.

THE SQUAD CAME OUT TO MOUNT MY 98 INCH TLC T V. INSTALLATION AND SET UP ATTACHING EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE ATTACHED INCLUDING HIDING ALL THE WIRES AND PLUGS! TIMELY COURTEOUS EFFICIENT AND QUICK! GREAT JOB!! AND AT REASONABLE COST!!

Russell did a great job getting the old TV and mount off, and installing the new ones. All cables were fed correctly through the wall using existing wiring kit. Russell also showed me how the TV worked and got things working with my AV receiver. Awesome experience!

The two installers were very professional and friendly and worked very hard to satisfy my desire to put the TV and shelving unit where I wanted it. Installed in no time, did not leave a mess, and despite being charged a little extra for asking for additional shut up of my shelving unit which was not included in the original estimate, I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend the geek squad to professionally install any entertainment system that you want mounted on the wall!

I had a third party contractor affiliated with BestBuy mount my 55” TV to the wall. The contractor did a great job. I’m disappointed with BestBuy. I was not aware that a third party contractor would setup and mount my T.V.. i could of had any one setup my T.V. for less than $100 instead of $200. Also, no offer to hide the wires on my wall.

The T V is amazing first of all ........! The geek squad guys were very professional , helpful and made everything even more worthwhile ! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants or needs a hand with installation of their television and wall mount , soundbar !

I am very pleased with the quality of the installation. The Technician was well prepared with all of the tools and supplies needed. It mounted beautifully and is working fine.

Having our 65” Sony installed by the Geek Squad was a great experience. They did a great job making sure all our components were connected and working. They even spent some extra time to show us some of the key functions.

Damien and Randy were awesome. They came three times because I traded the first tv that was 65 inches to a 77 inch tv. They came a second time to install the tv. Finally, they came to install my soundbar. They also demonstrated how to use my tv.

Everything was good. Geek Squad was friendly and knowledgeable, but the one thing they didn’t do was to set up my Sonos system I had to make several more visits before it was done.
