THE TWO GEEK SQUAD MEMBERS THAT INSTALLED MY TELEVISION DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY CONTACTED ME THE MORNING OF AND GAVE ME AN EXACT ESTIMATE ON WHEN THEY WOULD BE ARRIVING. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY REMOVED MY PREVIOUS TELEVISION AND INSTALLED MY NEW ONE THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFFESSIONAL VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. AFTER THEY INSTALLED MY TELEVISION THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA WHERE THEY WERE AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP WITH MY NEW TELEVISION. I LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK A+++. Very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen came and got the job done quickly. They were friendly and took the time to help me set up my accounts and walked me through all of the things I needed to know about my new TVs.

Wow, my TVs and geek squad mounting has been the highlight to my home. I am so happy with my choice and I’m comforted knowing that these will be a part of me for the rest of my life. Great quality great picture feels like I’m in a theater love, my TVs.

The agents were professional, well acknowledged on the task and prepared with the necessary tools needed to remove and installed the old television and new one that was purchased.

I must give a shout-out to my Squad William and Angel. William called ahead of time to make sure I was at home so they can get my television and the cover for my cables to be installed and mounted. William and Angel mounted quickly and removed all labels that had my name on the packages to take with them. Angel cleaned up while William set up my television and even suggested for me to reach out if I needed any extra help. William took all empty boxes with him and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Thank you guys for everything.

Excellent choice and the professionalism of the agents was very detailed. They answered all my questions and were organized, also were clean and cleaned the area when they finished.

The agents mounted my TV and sound bar and got everything connected and set up before leaving. They did an excellent job!! Very knowledgeable!!

Our toddler was the reason we decided to mount our tv on the wall. She thought it was funny rocking the entertainment center, which scared me (we have a 55"). We looked around to see what kind of mount we wanted, stationary or adjustable. We went with the adjustable variety and couldn't be happier (gaming on it is GREAT!). But I have noticed that the studs are coming out of the wall, 2 of the 4 studs (the white plastic part that goes in the wall before they put the screw in is visible) now I'm worried that three tv will fall off the wall. I'm going to call Best Buy to see if someone can come fix this problem.

The agent still an outstanding job. They were very friendly and polite. They installed the mount and TV and did all the connections and they explained all the technical issues that I needed to know.

The agents were very knowledgeable and efficient when mounting my new 75” tv. They even added an electrical outlet behind the tv so the wires weren’t visible. Highly recommended!

The geek squad consisting of Fabian, Kelly and Puria did an outstanding job mounting my new television and hiding all the wires for a clean installation.

Geek Squad came in at an earlier time slot and professionally mounted 3 TVs in my home. They were friendly and got it done right without any hiccups. The new TV in my living room had issues with the WiFi card so they ordered a new one on the spot. Once the new TV was in, they called me a day early to see if they can come out to swap and set it up. They even went as far as getting the TV price matched without me having to tell them since the price went down from the time of purchase. That’s excellent customer service. Vega, you are the man! This Geek Squad deserves recognition for his professionalism and his outright mannerism. You just don’t get that in people anymore.

The guys were very professional, courteous, fast & friendly! They made sure before they left my house, & explained all the functions of my new TV! The installation went PERFECT!! I highly recommend the services of the Geek Squad!

We had Geek Squad wall mount 4 HDTVs in our new home, complete with in-wall power kits (to hide those unsightly power cables), and we couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the efficiency and quality of the install. All members of the installation team were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the features each TV had. They even helped to connect the TVs to our home WiFi. I would highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone looking to have any TVs mounted in their home.

When William arrived he determined I had the wrong wall bracket. He said if I ran to Best Buy and got the correct one he would come back that same day and install my TV and he did!!! I thought for sure I would be rescheduling. He was great.

I bought my 85” tv elsewhere simply because there was an extended warranty thrown in for free. But the reviews for that vendor’s installation were enough to warn me away. I was delighted that BestBuy will install products purchased elsewhere. The team was great at communicating, very pleasant, and had a lot of experience with my specific mount and tv model. Installation was fast, and highly professional! I would use Geek Squad again in a heartbeat.

The mounting was perfect for my office. The guys installing did an excellent job of minimizing visible cables. In addition very professional and courteous.

THE SQUAD CAME OUT TO MOUNT MY 98 INCH TLC T V. INSTALLATION AND SET UP ATTACHING EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE ATTACHED INCLUDING HIDING ALL THE WIRES AND PLUGS! TIMELY COURTEOUS EFFICIENT AND QUICK! GREAT JOB!! AND AT REASONABLE COST!!
