The installation by the Geek Squad was flawless. They measured out where my tv would go and marked the wall with tape so I could see the positioning of the edges and inputbox. The installation matched perfectly and wasnextremely clean. The Best Buy brand of wall mount has worked beautifully. I can't recommend these guys enough!!

When The Geek Squad came here to hang my new TV on my wall, they were very professional and took an safety precautions wearing their masks. I had a friend take down my old TV, which BB was trading back with them as i got my new TV with a $750 credit towards s the new TV, bc i had a 5 year BB coverage plan on my old TV which seemed up with lines running through it, so they gave me the $750 towards a new TV & I wound up getting a great deal on a 55" Sony A9j OLED tv, which Geek Squad mounted for me. Overall they did a great job & i'm very happy

I purchased a 55" TV and mount from Best Buy and had arranged for a well-reputed, supposedly highly skilled and experienced handyman to do the installation above a fireplace. When I spoke with him about the install, he recommended that I return the mount and exchange it for a different one, which I did. When he came to do the install, he told me that the new mount I'd bought would not work and recommended yet another one. I went back to Best Buy and made the exchange again, and he completed the installation. However, the gap behind the TV was excessive, the wires were very visible and messy, and the TV was crooked. I went back to Best Buy and this time spent some time with a customer service rep., who recommended a different mount and arranging the installation with the Geek Squad. Terrance and Mike came today, removed the old mount and replaced it with the new one. The install is perfect, much flusher to the wall and no messy wiring visible. The process was quick, and they were very efficient, informative and personable. While the price for this installation was not inexpensive, I only wish I'd started with the Geek Squad and not wasted time and money with a handyman who had exaggerated his expertise and experience.

Best money I’ve ever spent for a service. These guys were extremely good. I’m very particular and they accommodated me. They ensured my 70 inch TV was mounted exactly to my liking, even took it completely down and redid it just to ensure it was centered exactly to the fireplace. Can’t say enough great words about the amazing service! Worth every penny I paid!

Excellent installation team. It was a four man job to install my 100 inch TV. Quick, precise, detailed, cleaned afterwards. Considering using Best Buy for my game room with a four TV mount like in sports bars.

I can only make one point in reviewing the experience with the Geek Squad setup of my 75” tv, perfection will be hard to obtain at this point given the process was as close to perfect as I could have expected. From the pre delivery call saying that they were on their way to their departure less than thirty minutes after arrival. When they arrived I asked them if they sat down the street waiting for the exact time they said that they would be here. Not only were they quick but efficient and courteous. I did not feel as if they were pushing me to get to the next job as they answered the couple questions I had, not making me feel like I was imposing. And oh yeah, they even wore the little bootie things. Seriously though, good luck topping that service!

I recently had a Sony 75" XR X93L TV, a Sony HT-A5000 Soundbar, a Sanus wall mount bracket, and a Sanus In-wall Cable Concealer installed at my home. After a small hiccup with the HDMI cabling length being short from the In-wall cable concealer to the TV's HDMI inputs, Vince, a manager from Best Buy's Geek Squad called me and promptly scheduled a follow-up service to correct the issue. Gilson, the original installer also came back as promised "to make things right". Gilson was very meticulous with his work and was very professional. Vince's long-time experience as a Best Buy manager was quite obvious and his customer service skills and follow-up were second to none!! I love the Sony products that were installed, but I also highly recommend Gilson and his install crew, and Vince for his excellent customer service! Great job guys!!

The agents did an amazing job! They were very professional, listened to exactly what I wanted and mounted my 75" in the exact spot I wanted. They were very safe and did things very efficiently. I will never install my own TV again!

I opted for Home Installation of my new Sony OLED TV. Brian and Manny from Best Buy just left. While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time.

It’s been a month, I believe the tech’s name was Eric. Eric was knowledgeable as well as efficient and effective in mounting a 55 inch TV on bedroom wall. He was respectful and thoughtful in answering my questions. He was patient with me determining my choices. His work is excellent! I am very pleased with result. He also completed setup of my remote. I highly recommend using Geek Squad. Just ask for Eric.

Excellent work. I was a bit apprehensive that the Geek Squad wouldn’t or couldn’t find a solution to mounting my newly purchased 75 inch television set to my desired location BUT they came through! I have a brick chimney that has been modernized and covered by sheet rock. The sheet rock has about two inches of space between it and the brick chimney with some wood 2x4s anchored in to the brick so the sheet rock can be mounted to the wood. Well the Geek Squad was able to find the wood behind the sheet rock using an anchor finder but we hade to get a mount whose bolts would fit where the wood was located and they had it. They were prepared to drill into the brick chimney (even though I was hoping they wouldn’t have to and made it be known) if they had to but they found a way to make it work! I’m super happy with the end result.

Chris and his partner did an excellent job hanging a 65 inch tv above our fireplace. They took care took ensure the tv was perfectly straight, it was set up properly with our existing streaming service, and then vacuumed up the dust from drilling into the drywall.

The installer had to overcome several obatacles to hang my 85 inch and 55 inch TV's, over fireplaces, with a 2 foot hearth. The walls ended up not having any studs to use. The installer was able to overcome this and still install both TV's without issues. This was after another TV installer from another place declined to install the TV's.

Could not be happier with the expert installation of my Frame TV and all components. The team was here on time, very professional and also personable.

Our Installers were perfect. They arrived on schedule, they were polite, courteous and willing to answer any questions about what they were doing. Their expertise showed as they installed a 65 inch tv above a fireplace while having to do a corner mount. They also did the soundbar installation. All said and done, all we had to do was turn the tv on and it was ready, already programmed. The installation was perfect and they did not waste any time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really appreciate the service that Eliud and his teammate provide. I would recommend have your desire high and location figured out before they arrive by using some blue taps. They can provide the suggestion but ultimately is up to you to determine the TV location. They are really fast and careful on handling things. While they were here, I also ask their advice on home theater system since they are the expert. They were able to provide suggestions base on my living room set up.

Setting up and mounting my 85” Samsung TV was an absolute breeze thanks to the Best Buy delivery and installation service! The installers were professional and answered all my questions, they made effort to keep dry wall debris to a minimum. The mounting kit made the installation process smooth sailing. Not only does my TV look fantastic mounted on the wall, but I also have peace of mind knowing it’s securely in place. The adjustable features allowed me to customize the viewing angle perfectly, enhancing my overall watching experience. I can’t say enough about the great job the Geek Squad did in delivery of my products (75” TV, Large Media Cabinet and the mount to hang on the wall. They were courteous, knowledgeable and did an amazing job getting the mount up, tv mounted and putting together the cabinet. They set up everything and cleaned up too.! All I had to do was enjoy once they finished. Would definitely choose Geek Squad again, when needed!
