The installer had to overcome several obatacles to hang my 85 inch and 55 inch TV's, over fireplaces, with a 2 foot hearth. The walls ended up not having any studs to use. The installer was able to overcome this and still install both TV's without issues. This was after another TV installer from another place declined to install the TV's.

I'm not sure why I waited so long to purchase a TV bracket. Helpful staff and easy scheduling for installation. Looks clean and professional. I'm loving my new view!

Setting up and mounting my 85” Samsung TV was an absolute breeze thanks to the Best Buy delivery and installation service! Two knowledgeable Geek Squad Techs delivered and installed my 75” Samsung OLED TV. Carlos & Nate worked well together. Carlos explained every procedure as it was completed. After hanging the TV, Carlos assisted me in setting up the TV and explained the additional warranty offered and how to purchase it. Over all it was a positive experience.

The team arrived on time with adequate advance notice. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Cleaned up when they finished.

The agents arrived promptly on time and they communicated on the day of the installation in advance. They unmounted my old tv and mounted the new tv in a short time. They were thorough and asked a few questions on at what height the tv should be mounted etc. They helped connecting the cables and did a demo on how to wade thread the menus. Once done, they cleaned up the boxes. They were very professional throughout and I liked their service very much.

Good job mounting tv and sound bar. Could have used cord concealer to also hide extension bar. Could have been a little cheaper it cost me more for the mount and installation than the tv.

Chris and Joe from Geek Squad did a great job of installing and setting up our new TV and Sonos Soundbar. This was a flush mount over our fireplace which required extra care and they were careful and made sure everything was well done and neat. We are very pleased and will definitely use These Geeks again!

The Geek Squad are real professionals from the time they say they are coming to the final clean up. Not only did they install my TV in the exact location, but they also installed the wiring behind the wall and made the new outlets look like they were always there. But their services did not stop there. They programmed all the remotes, and set up all the menu items on the TV and the apps that we have. And made sure we knew how to work and operate the TV settings and remote. The Geek Squad was extremely friendly and moved the exiting tv to another room and took out the trash from the boxes.

I can’t say enough about the great job the Geek Squad did in delivery of my products (75” TV, Large Media Cabinet and the mount to hang on the wall. They were courteous, knowledgeable and did an amazing job getting the mount up, tv mounted and putting together the cabinet. They set up everything and cleaned up too.! All I had to do was enjoy once they finished. Would definitely choose Geek Squad again, when needed!

they mounted a 98 samsung tv for me they were on time very nice did a good job after it was up on wall they ask if i needed any set up on it load apps internet and such. i said no i can do all that. i did ask that i had a 85 samsung that was taken down in the room if they could carry it up stairs for me as it was aquard and easy for two people.they said normally that is an extra charge but they did it. it took 2 or 3 minutes no problem. sometimes people try and do as little as possible and that very much speaks as to who they are. so, doing a bit more and going beyond what is required also speaks as to who they are in a better light.

Sure, setting up a tv is easy. Well, they can be too heavy and awkward for one person. We decided we'd let the Geek Squad do all the heavy and detail work. No sweat on my part. They showed up on time. Asked the location and we showed them the living room. We had an existing tv (to be taken away) and soundbar. They put up the new wall mount for the tv, the tv, the sound bar (we couldn't let them do rear speakers as other construction going on), and set it up on the home network. Quick, clean, polite, and answering all our questions. Showed us the basics for this tv and soundbar. Absolutely would recommend them!

They were great except they didn't hide my wires because i dont know if they would of had to cut my wall out or what but i said it was ok. So in the description dont pay attention to that unless you have it cut out already. But they were fast professional and knew exactly what they were doing.

We purchased this Samsung TV specifically for our bedroom and a small sitting area. Samsung was the brand we chose because we have owned a number of these TVs over years and they were all excellent quality and were reliable and long lasting. The installation went well and the Best Buy employee was very polite and helpful. Both TV and all mount are working well.

They let me know a day in advance when they would arrive then called when they were on the way. Arrived on time and got right to work! They ask where I wanted the TV mount, and TV and that’s where it went. Then they setup the TV from start to finish including showing me how to work the controls on the TV as well as the new things on the remote. Even removed all boxes. Nicest guys I’ve had in my home.
