They let me know a day in advance when they would arrive then called when they were on the way. Arrived on time and got right to work! They ask where I wanted the TV mount, and TV and that’s where it went. Then they setup the TV from start to finish including showing me how to work the controls on the TV as well as the new things on the remote. Even removed all boxes. Nicest guys I’ve had in my home.

When I read the reviews for the first time, I was a bit hesitant on having my TV mounted but didn’t want to do the service myself so I took the risk. I cannot put into words how please I am with the level of respect and expertise these guys brought to my home. They came on time, put on their shoe slippers, and I welcomed them in. I had already picked up my TV so I had everything waiting for them. We went over location of the TV and possible glare and then he marked the TV location with tape so I could visualize if the height was right. They also installed an in-wall power kit and ran an HDMI cable without me having to ask. (I did provide these items.) Before leaving, they asked if I had any questions, showed me the degrees of motion the mount had, and leveled the TV again to make sure it wasn’t crooked. Then they took the trash and left. I will NEVER trust any other proffesionals with my home! I cannot reccomend them enough! One thing to note- most of these bad reviews are because they opted for a third party company. Choose GeekSquad, you won’t regret it.

They did a fantastic job mounting my new Samsung in the living room and then moving and mounting my other TV in my bedroom. They went over all of the features of the new TV and hooked all Bose system and DVD to the new TV. They also set everything up to use with one controller.

Biggest TV I can fit in media center. Edge to edge 70''. Couldn't fit a 75'' or 65'' so small but still way bigger compromise and the price was right, Geeks did a great job installing, including remounting my heavy existing wall mount, a good one though heavier than the ones you can buy now. They also cleaned up my nest of snakes power supplies, power bars and cables. And they demonstrated how both my new TV and new Amp work and work together, programmed my remotes and even delivered the new items in the Geekmobile.

The guys were extremely nice & so informative. They mounted my tv perfectly! & showed me the features of my new TV.

The mounting of our new Samsung OLED television was quick and easy. n The two-man crew easily lifted our new tv and placed it onto the shelf above our fireplace. Having a Samsung phone made for a seamless connection and transfer of streaming channels. The Geek Squad members were friendly and helpful, and gave me advice on what strength surge protector would be best for my unit.

My install agents were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I’m not very savvy with installs, wall mounts etc. They really did an excellent job installing my devices and connecting everything along with hiding the wires etc. Absolutely love my set up now. Thank you to the professional agents Jesse and his team! Best Buy is lucky to have them.

Professional service from both people who showed up to install an 83" and relocate an 85". Cleaned up after themselves. Thank you.

Great crew and flawless set up. I did have to add two HDMI extensions to make it easier to tilt left and right, but that was a small adjustment.

These guys were awesome. Mounted a 84 and 70 inch tv is two rooms for me. Very personal. We talked tech. Equipment. They were even helpful as I had ordered the wrong equipment but were willing to try to make it work to see(of course it didn’t) but it’s the fact that they did when they could have told me no and forced me to buy what they bought. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future

They did an Awesome job looks perfect on my wall. It works really well beautiful picture amazing sound and I even got the sound bar to match the TV and they hooked everything up together for me. They were very fast. They were very friendly and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is a good thing to have included when you buy a new tv, awesome techs come out to mount your tv for you worry free, very clean and professional. Definitely recommend.

I ordered this for the installation of my 65" Samsung TV I purchased. With the size and price paid, I did not want to try to be "The Expert". The experts arrived—two guys—and immediately ensured I was ready and had all the items needed for the install. They were not only knowledgeable but friendly and informative, too. Some of the items I purchased online were identified before installation as not being the best fit, and they offered alternate solutions that they were prepared for and had in their truck. Once installed, they ensured I understood how to connect the soundbar I purchased separately to the TV which input he used, and why. He showed my how to properly move/adjust the TV with the mount so as to not damage either and verified all my questions were answered before they left my property. They were truly entertaining, engaging, and a GREAT couple of guys that I got the opportunity to spend time with that afternoon! I would definitely order the Geek Squad again for major purchases, as they are much more than just load bearers of the equipment and delivery, they are technicians that come into your home with all the knowledge, that you didn't even know you might need to know! Michael and his partner did a fabulous job! I told him I wanted it neat, with no cords showing. He had to go back to the store to get all he needed and it was worth it. He showed me how to use the tv, Apple TV, set up the soundbar and helped this senior citizen sign into the streaming apps. I was so focused on remembering everything he told me, I failed to offer them a gratuity and feel poorly about that. I’ve called and gone by the store to try to reach him, but no luck.

Within 30 minutes, the geek squad had the tv mounted to the wall and ready to go. I will say it helps when you prep the area to be worked on. As you may see in the photos, the wires are visible in some photos and concealed in other photos. I ran the wires behind the drywall after the geek squad finished the basic install(it was not included in the mounting) I typically mount my tvs myself, but this was so simple, it saved me precious time and prevented unnecessary stress. I will definitely be taking advantage of this service if I upgrade any other TVs.

Excellent service from John W. and his Geek Squad installation team! They mounted and setup my TCL 85' TV, removed my old 85' TV and installed an in wall cable concealer kit (recommend for clean look mounting a TV). Friendly, patient, and professional installation. I would never have been able to do this installation myself. This is the 3rd big screen TV that John has installed in my house. I always receive excellent service from him and the Geek Squad installation teams!

Amazing work from a solid and friendly team. I was going to hire a contractor to get the TV mounted but I do like the Geek Squad service and warranty so I decided to give them a try. They got my 77' OLED TV on with no issues and the thing looks just phenomenal. Highly recommended!

One Geek Squad agent came and installed my 55" TV to the wall and made sure everything was secured and working as required. Very fast and efficient for having no other assistance.

I am so happy with Adam and Brandon's work. We could've never installed this TCL properly without their help. Super professional. Adam made calls to let us know how they were progressing and a more exact time they would arrive and they arrived on time. They were friendly and got straight to work. They measured carefully so the TV was centered perfectly and the right height. They made sure the TV would be at a viewing height that was comfortable with us. They showed us how the remote worked. Most importantly for me and why I bought the TV was for the art feature. If I ever need help from the geek squad I would request them. They were great!!

The Geek Squad team arrived exactly on time a couple days after a major snow storm. That was impressive. They worked as a well oiled machine answering all my questions and removing my old set and installing a new mount and my new OLED TV. The best part was when they offered me a way to hide my power wire and cables by installing a kit behind and below my TV. I had never heard of this before and it looks great! They were in and out in an hour and the TV was up and running, the cable connection synced and they even vacuumed the floor. It was completed in time for me to host an eye popping Super Bowl gathering for a few friends the following weekend. Thanks Total Tech!
