I had a 75 inch TV flatscreen install the two guys brought it out very clean very professional. I brought everything including a table to set it all up and hook it up. They’ve been taking very long at all. They get a five star for me thank you Todd.

From the sales associate who was very knowledgeable about his TVs and was very honest with us to the installers that came out to install the TV in our home and the installers that came a second time because after a couple of weeks we decided we wanted our TV lowered everyone was so helpful and polite. And we are so happy and pleased with our purchase of a Samsung screen TV. Best purchase experience.

The two techs did a great job mounting my 85” TV. I purchased a specialty mount, not at Best Buy, and they did a great job familiarizing themselves with it and mounting accordingly. At one point they ran into an issue but worked through it and got the job done.

The agents were very professional & installed my TV quickly. They cleaned up the area & provided a demonstration once the install was complete. They were very knowledgeable & experts.

The techs that came to my house were professional, polite, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Jordan (I believe his name is) and one other arrived on time as scheduled to install and set up the 75 inch Samsung TV on a full motion wall mount above a fireplace. They were professional and efficient. We discussed the way we want the setup and they proceeded to do the installation. They ensured everything was working. They cleaned up and took the boxes and wrappings. They did a great job.

They came on time, we’re very professional. TV was set up. And made sure we understood how to use the TV and the different remote that we have. They linked it into our previous sound system.

I purchased a new tv, soundbar, wall mount etc and setup Geek Squad to deliver and install my new setup. They mounted the TV on the wall, attached the soundbar to the wall mount, installed a wall-through plug and it turned out perfectly. They also mounted my TV downstairs and I must say that they did a fantastic job and if they ran into any hiccups they would speak to me before continuing. What would have taken me a few hours to get everything setup they mounted and setup 2 TV's in less than 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend their services if you want to wall mount or anything else related to TV setups. I might have them come back and wire up my speakers downstairs through the walls. Great work!

Getting this service was great but trying to get info from the instore Geek Squad was pretty much none existent. We wanted info on how the wires would look and how they could be placed. Getting help from them was a disappointment, but our installers were great!! I would use this service again.

Both of the installers were very courteous, mindful, and efficient at their job! Overall, the installation went qui kly and was flawless! Thanks guys!

Everything was great, except I need to call them back & have them lower my TV more, because of my disabilities it pains me to have to look up, I need the tv to be eye level. Other that that the two gentlemen that came were extremely knowledgeable & quick,I mean quick... ☺️ Thanks Geek Squad. Please be expecting a call from me. ☺️

the two agents Rogelio and Peter did an amazing job they exceeded in all areas from start to finish they made the entire process to easy for me from the communication to the install itself was done so quickly and efficiently. When I purchase through best buy I hope to get these two again they are the type of technicians that make the total tech membership plan totally worth every penny .

I bought a wall mount because I was unsure of strength needed for a 50" TV, but it turned out we could use the existing mount, so we saved money there. Installation by Geek Squad rep was friendly and expeditious. Did all the settings for us in terms of best display for the room, and ensured all applications were working. Exemplary service!

The installers did an excellent job of mounting the TVs in my home. They would ask how high I wanted them mounted before they began the work. When they were done with the installation they spent time with me to make sure everything worked properly and that I understood how the remotes worked.

Nothing but amazing. A couple months prior, I bought a 75 inch tv along with a mount, but unfortunately the mount came later than Geek Squad. Luckily they already had one with them and of course, I purchased that as well. Like I mentioned earlier, the original mount I bought came after Geek Squad installed my 75 inch. So I decided to keep the original mount for my bedroom tv. I’ll admit before they left, John did notice a loose screw, which had me nervous for a moment, but he tightened it before leaving. Also, he took the time to explain to me how to use the mount that was used. That would make it two times Geek Squad has done an in home theater service for me and I love both the outcomes! John, thank you for helping my vision come to life in my home! It’s moments like these when a person should have cash on them to tip. I love both of my mounted TV’s!
