Count me among the thousands of other 5 star reviews. Pleasantly surprised to have a great experience with the whole process. The 2 techs were 100% pros and everything went smoothly, the end result was excellent. New TV mounted perfectly and the price was super reasonable.

Geek Squad were very professional. Before they came in the house they put on shoes covers. They asked me where I wanted the TV installation. They were very helpful. They asked me to sit on my couch to make sure it was the correct height. They also turned the TV on to program it. They also showed me how to navigate the remote menus. The small touches makes the customer feel good. I will always use Geek Squad for all my TV needs.

The two techs Dan and Chris were the BEST!!! They were very professional, polite, quick and very knowledgeable about product, installation, Best Buy programs, technology, computers etc. They hung my television and cleaned up and disposed of unwanted boxes. I just recently moved into my house and am still getting organized. I will definitely request them to come back to hang my other televisions when ready.

The agents were professional and very friendly. They taught me how to use the television after they set it up to get me started. They wore their masks the entire time and were in and out in 30 mins.

Unbelievable service! Extremely professional and beyond my expectations. Notified us the day before of the time window and then an hour before they arrived. They completed the job quickly and we’ll below the expected estimate time. They wore their masks the entire time and cleaned up after install into stucco and above fireplace. I was also blown away by the level of professionalism and respect, which i find very hard to find these days. I will never look anywhere else again and will use geek squad without hesitation, as they were worth every penny spent. Seriously, don’t think twice and to with them.

Angel and his companion were very good at mounting the TV. They took time to set everything up and helped us understand the working. I highly recommend them as they were very competent and did provide us with recommendations for future expansion of the system.

Best flat TV mount in the market. Strong enough to hold my 85” TV securely. Easy enough to release ans tilt to get to all the ports behind the TV. Had Geek Squad do the installation for a faster and more professionl look. But it’s easy enough to install on your own. 85” TV is too heavy to lift so let the pros do it.

The install was quick and well done. They asked me how I wanted it and gave me advice on positioning. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The guys from Best Buy did an excellent job mounting my first smart TV. They were careful to find the stud and handled my 65-inch TV with care. It didn’t take long at all to get the TV mounted. I would definitely use this service again.

They were efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient!!! Very qualified for the job. They cleaned up boxes and paper afterwards. Set up TV channels, and sound system. Showed us how to access the apps on the TV.

Service tech was on time. Efficient and very professional. He had everything he needed to mount the TV and did a great job setting everything up.

Over the top.. We had Carlos Lugones install our recessed box for our frame tv.. He was impeccably dressed, well mannered, punctual , informative and very knowledgeable! In addition to that our bezel was delivered after tv install.. When It arrived I called Carlos and he was here the very next day to install the bezel..

They sent a text message the day before with a time frame of 8:30-12:30 . They got here at 9:00am. Jason was one of the installers with another worker. They did great work hung the tv connected what needed to be connected and cleaned up any mess made which was minimal.

The installers were attentive to the homeowners needs for placement. They confirmed height prior to marking everything out. Utilised a portable shop vac to control any drywall dust. Set the device up and took the trash away. Made installing a tv look simple yet relieved the stress of having to do it yourself. 100% worth the service

Bought this 55 inch Samsung tv for my daughter and needed to have it professionally installed. Geek Squad member Preston was amazing! Team members of geek squad arrived on time and got right to work. Installation and clean up went smoothly. Tv was installed at the perfect height I asked for. It wasnt until members left I noticed that the tv wasn't installed completely flush. I may attempt to follow up to see it that is at all possible.

These geek squad guys were great. They measured, made sure there wasn’t any other obstacles and they drilled exactly where the television needed to go. They then made sure all my devices were attached and working properly. They finally put all the wires neatly behind the television where they can’t be seen and they even took away the box. Perfect job.
