The install of my tv was super smooth and the technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great choice to use the geek squad for my tv wall install

I had a 75 inch TV flatscreen install the two guys brought it out very clean very professional. I brought everything including a table to set it all up and hook it up. They’ve been taking very long at all. They get a five star for me thank you Todd.

Total professional job. They arrived on time. Came inside to see where I wanted the tv mounted. They got their tools and went to work. They hung the tv as close as they could to where I wanted it hung. With an 82” tv they insist on mounting it on 2 studs inside the wall. Anything short of that they can’t mount it. And they can’t hide the wires inside the wall do to fire code regulations. However they do dress the wire connections nice and neat so they aren’t Flailing around all over the place. I’m going to order wire wrap from Amazon to cover the exposed wiring. All and all the geek squad did an outstanding job on this project. They were as accommodating as they could be. Very nice and friendly geeks!

excellent service! The two gentlemen arrived ahead of time, and were very polite and knowledgeable. They consulted with me about the height that I would like the TV mounted, found the studs in the wall and gave me my horizontal hanging options, and have the TV mounted all in less than an hour. They offered to set up the TV, But due to this being a Samsung TV with the Smart things app set up, I could easily complete the step myself. I would definitely use the service again. Note: I did not opt to conceal my cables as I am still purchasing peripherals including a sound bar. I will conceal the cables later.

The installation was very fast, and the staff were very patient and helpful in answering all installation questions. Very satisfied with everything.

The two techs did a great job mounting my 85” TV. I purchased a specialty mount, not at Best Buy, and they did a great job familiarizing themselves with it and mounting accordingly. At one point they ran into an issue but worked through it and got the job done.

Bought this 55 inch Samsung tv for my daughter and needed to have it professionally installed. Geek Squad member Preston was amazing! He performed his work professionally and made my daughter feel comfortable and confident that the job was done well. In her words,”It’s perfect! Over the top.. We had Carlos Lugones install our recessed box for our frame tv.. He was impeccably dressed, well mannered, punctual , informative and very knowledgeable! In addition to that our bezel was delivered after tv install.. When It arrived I called Carlos and he was here the very next day to install the bezel..

The agents were quick, wore booties, and even took the box when they left. Installed tv on table top with mount that i provided. The tv was a 77 inch so it was very useful.

Getting this service was great but trying to get info from the instore Geek Squad was pretty much none existent. We wanted info on how the wires would look and how they could be placed. Getting help from them was a disappointment, but our installers were great!! I would use this service again.

These geek squad guys were great. They measured, made sure there wasn’t any other obstacles and they drilled exactly where the television needed to go. They then made sure all my devices were attached and working properly. They finally put all the wires neatly behind the television where they can’t be seen and they even took away the box. Perfect job.

The tv mounting was well done with the professional squad of 2 people. Problem is that by the time tv installed, too late to return or for any recourse. Left protective tape on edges so tv protected for handling during installation. After installation, removed films and have 2 dents with color stripped and shiny metal showing in the front of the tv. Best Buy would not exchange or offer any recourse despite getting Best Buy protection and total tech? Called both Best Buy and store and both said outside of return window and not much more they can do.

The guys from Best Buy did an excellent job mounting my first smart TV. They were careful to find the stud and handled my 65-inch TV with care. It didn’t take long at all to get the TV mounted. I would definitely use this service again.

Excellent service! My Best Buy Geek Squad technician arrived promptly and on time. All COVID-19 precautions were taken. He even assisted me in determining the correct position, height and angle of the screen he was mounting to the wall. My tech, Red, was incredibly knowledgeable, humble and friendly. He completed the task at hand in under an hour! He even hooked up EVERY box and dongle to my TV, set up the TV and gave me a tutorial on how to use it and the remote! Incredible service provided. Highly recommended!

Our tv looks great on the wall. The guys asked us where we wanted it hung and marked off where it would be and made sure we liked the spot before they started. They cleaned up after themselves and answered questions we had and helped us set up some functions on the tv. They have exceptional service.

Oh my gosh I can not say enough about that guy who mounted all of our TVs except that I wish I was better at remembering names. I had two TVs installed, went back, bought a third TV. He came out and installed. The third one, remembered us, remembered my little cat who likes to escape and knew when he came in the front door, not to let her out.

Trent and James from Mastec did an outstanding job installing my 82 inch Samsung TV. The ceiling in my bedroom is a cathedral ceiling and the TV needed to be installed about 15 feet above the floor. Both Trent and James needed to be on their ladders to get high enough to reach the TV mount on the cathedral ceiling. This installation was no easy task! They worked extremely well together and resolved every problem to get my TV hung on that cathedral ceiling. Master is lucky to have as employees. I would highly recommend them.

GS did a great job! Mounted my 65 oled and installed in wall power kit. Clean install!

The guys was very nice and politely. I was 2 min away but the waited for me with no worries. And I was very glad for that. The work was done with no mess and very fast. I just wish they could put the cable inside the wall. I got the “Samsung The Frame” made no sense have this tv and keep the cables out. But the guys says the don’t do that. Only hang the tv on the wall. :/
