Great concept, but not as easy to pair devices/use as it should be. For that reason alone, I give only 3 stars.

The ease and practicality this small but mighty device has is mind blowing. Being able to watch movies with someone else is what did it for me. Very portable as well.

Decent, not the best. There’s an audio lag when I use it with Bose earbuds connected to the entertainment system on a Delta flight.

This works with my apple AirPods. However, device hangs in the arm rest and is in way with other passengers. Overtime the 3.5 slightly bends and loses effectiveness due to the weight.

I paired my Airpods with the Airfly and tested it with my laptop and my Playstation. In both cases, the Airfly was within a couple of feet of my headphones. I had sound dropping out of one or both Airpods, certain frequencies not transmitting making the audio really strange, and the volume being transmitted would go up and down for no reason. While they would work just fine for a while, the amount of time it would mess up made the Airfly unusable.

Didn’t work as expected! It’s a good concept just needs a little tweaking.

Works well enough, had some issues with static. Not really worth the price though.

I could never get it to sync with my earbuds. I spent half a flight trying before giving up. It was a waste of money for me.

Wireless connectivity between your device and earbuds. It was a bit tough to set up, but once achieved it works great. I use it on my home TV to turn it into a private listening experience. I have also used it on an airplane to listen to their onboard entertainment system.

I can’t get second set of ear buds to pair. This is the min reason for buying the DUO model, bu no luck as of yet. I have reached out to 12 south customer support and they have not given me any new instructions or help to get this working fully.

Only works with AirPods if you disconnect with all other products. So great in a plane if you want to keep resyncing back and forth between devices. Bought before my trip, which I can’t return now. Garbage.

Would have worked if the product was in the box. Product was delivered empty. I called support and there was nothing they can do. So does anyone want a 40$ card board box?

It looks fine but somehow I couldn’t get it to work

I suggest watching or reading the instructions as it isn't clear how to connect at first. I had to reconnect a few times but once connected it seemed to work fine. Some planes have a dual connector which made the sound not as clear.

When I initially ordered this item, it was supposed to arrive 2 days later on Saturday. On Saturday, Best Buy reported it in delay and updated the delivery to arrive on Tuesday. On Monday, Best Buy updated the expected delivery date to Thursday. While I am unable to camcel the order, I have ordered another one from a more reliable source and will be taking this one back to Best Buy if it ever arrives.

It may have a car picture on it, but this is the one that does not connect. It's the AirFly Pro that does. Oh and good luck with the Bluetooth connection process. Threw away the box now I can't return it and I'm out $. Lesson learned.

I returned the item, it's not what I was looking for.

I would give this 0 stars if i could. Not compatible with my samsung buds or beats headphones even though it said it is able to be used with non apple products. I bought these to use while traveling and they are very complicated to use. I would like to return and figured it's been less than a month so it shouldn't be an issue but the return window was only 2 weeks. Sucha a shame!
