Not a reliable device

Never got more than 5 hrs out of it, even with charging overnight before every use. Worse, it died after less than 100 hours of use and about 2 .4 years time. Twelve South Customer service was no help when I inquired about the failure after such a short itme; i was essentially told to reset per the instructions or buy a new one if the warranty is not honored by the retailer. I'lll see what Best Buy has to offer. I won't buy another Twelve South product or AirFly.
