We used this while traveling on airplanes so we could watch movies together without using corded headphones. Worked well, however it would not pair to my preferred set of Bluetooth headphones (i.e. Skullcandy), so I used another Bluetooth set.

Latency kills otherwise good product

But that’s most bt transmitters, so this one is probably ok overall.

Not a reliable device

Never got more than 5 hrs out of it, even with charging overnight before every use. Worse, it died after less than 100 hours of use and about 2 .4 years time. Twelve South Customer service was no help when I inquired about the failure after such a short itme; i was essentially told to reset per the instructions or buy a new one if the warranty is not honored by the retailer. I'lll see what Best Buy has to offer. I won't buy another Twelve South product or AirFly.
