Had these up outdoors for two years now and they still work fine. HOA doesn't complain because you can't see them when they're off and they are way cheaper than the $10k a permanent light company will charge you.

I reviewed the 200 LED rope light for BB's TIN program and when I saw these show up on deal of the day at half price, I bought them. Used with the app, you can pretty much get any kind of effect you want with them. You take a photo of how they are strung up and the app takes care of the rest.

Great app-controlled lights. Very easy to set up with your wifi system. You can map each individual light to a color with the easy-to-use app. You can connect to a smart speaker or display and have that turn on the lights. You can even set up a timer so the lights turn on and off at your desired time.

Twinkly has become my new go-to for Christmas lights! Not just for Christmas, though - for many holidays! I use them for Valentine's Day, July 4th, Halloween, etc. There's so many uses for them that the list is endless!

Twinkly lights are absolutely fantastic and I love them. However, the fact that these cannot connect to other twinkly light strands is beyond frustrating. Yes, you can sync them, but you'll need an outlet for each one.

These are some of the best lights I've ever had. Easy to set up with the blue tooth and using the app to change the lights is super fun also! If you're unsure you should just buy them you will love them.

Made for a fantastic light display a Christmas. My one suggestion is don't bury the power connection. Put it somewhere you can easily find. You'll need it when you need to power it off/on when you loose connectivity needed to change up the display. And like most strings of lights, don't expect to have a quick, tidy time taking them down.

Absolutely love these light! I love the flexibility to design your own light schemes and endless creative possibilities. I use the 250 wrbg lights on my Christmas tree but these were to put in my office for me to use year round. I can change the colors for each season which is amazing. I also really like that it run via an app, and the app is very user friendly.

App and lights are super customizable. High on price but you get what you pay for. Good for extensions.

Got two sets of 600 lights each for one side of my 14-foot tree, and I think they are great. Been running non-stop for about a month. No issues setting them up with my old Moto G6 Android phone - took maybe 5 or 10 minutes including mapping. Note: not every single bulb needs to be successfully mapped - apparently it correctly interpolates the location of some few bulbs that were missed in the mapping process as far as I can tell. The only issues I have are with the app - sometimes it is slow to load, or freezes up and needs to be relaunched - I can put up with that occasionally for such a cool product. I just use pre-programmed and downloadable patterns, and the customizations available for them. Haven't really used to the app music sync, smart home features, playlists, or draw your own design features, so can't comment on those.

These Twinkly lights are AMAZING!! So many patterns to pick from and when all set up it’s mesmerizing to watch the lights change flawlessly from one pattern to another! Best lights ever!!

can create all sorts of fun effects, but for the price there are some nits: 1) you must be on-premise (connected to home wifi) to control lights, 2) although you can coordinate multiple strands, each strand must be separately powered - wish you could just join strands

I picked these lights up to decorate a house plant for my mom after taking down her Christmas tree so that she can have twinkle lights year round. This does the trick and both the cord control and app work well. Great to find these on sale. Good quality, the app is decent and works as you’d expect.

Great lights and having an app to change and create your own patterns is nice. You can tweak how fast/slow, bright/dim, download new patterns, and more. Configure Alexa or Google to turn them off and on or dim them just like your regular smart bulbs. They are expensive, but best buy has one of the best prices for the 600 light sets. We had one set this past Christmas and just bought a second set to increase the density of the lights for some patterns and designs. We had them on a 9ft tree and the one set looked fine, but some of the picture type patterns weren't as defined moving around the tree. Nice thing they don't have to be put on in any certain order or layout. You only have to use the app to map the lights after you put them on.

Definitely worth the extra cost for the functionality you get from this brand. Mapping the lights gets you an easy light show no matter how you arrange them. Works great with the app and you can do colors or white or anything you can imagine.

Beautiful light set, I’m really happy with it. My son’s jaw dropped when he saw the Twinkly tree buttttt it was over our budget, so I got this set to decorate a small 3.5 ft tree and it was perfect and my son was just as happy with his rainbow tree! I’m having trouble getting the setting we choose to stay when I close the app so I’m sure I just need to read the directions more thoroughly.
