I end up having to re-do my hair with a regular straightening iron. I wish I could return it but I am sure that's not possible because I have used it. I definitely do not recommend

All of the others (from different stores)were delivered “used” so I had to return them. This one from Best Buy was brand new! It’s so convenient for straightening mine and my daughters hair! Great buy!

There are about 8 grooves for your hair. You have to take the smallest amounts of hair and band the thing through. It is so stupid! Don’t believe the hype.

I was spending just as much time using this as I was with a flat iron, and still not ending up with great results. I ended up getting rid of it.
