It worked for a total of 2 days and the camera is awful picture not clear at all and the battery dies within 20 mins of use. Thermometer was not accurate. Save ur money and stay away from this product wish I had my money back

This device sometimes works, but it's really hit or miss. The camera is crap (any cell phone is way better) and Tyto can never connect to LiveHealth without me calling support first. The device is a good idea but so poorly implemented it's not worth the money.

This is an absolutely outstanding item to have in your home. It removes the uncertainty of attempting to self-diagnosis a problem before you can access a physician. I would recommend that every young parent household own one.

We have a child less than 1 and with the coronavirus throughout NC, if she has an issue we use this so the Doc's can view us remotely.

If your doctors do not have an account with TytoCare, this is a useless piece of machine. They also do not have enough doctors who use this. I bought it but I have not been able to use it at all.

We cannot use the product because the ability to connect for remote use is missing. We called the Tyto company multiple times and unfortunately did not receive a response.

potential to be a great product, but the company is so busy during the pandemic, they do not provide any customer support for the health providers or patients. very sad.
