I opened the package and 2 panels are damaged, one of them being the wires to make it work. Best buy will not return it without box, comany is refusing to send new panels, only offering to send wires like I am an electrician. Purchased not knowing it was a "Marketplace" item, didn’t know Best Buy let's other companies sell on their website! Almost $1,400 spend and I cannot even use it! Company just keeps emailing be back and fourth with ridiculous response like a $30 credit. What the heck is $30 going to do, I keep asking fir bith damaged panels to be replaced and thus far they are refusing. I will update if anything changes!
