This so called "premiere" cooler stopped cooling after less than a couple of years use. U line customer service is useless, they do not stand behind their products. After paying such a high price, you would expect better quality and service. Would strongly recommend avoiding products from this company if you value your money.

This product looks terrific in our new kitchen with trim that matches the new cabinetry. Yay! when the motor and fan are not running. My issue is the unit howls 75 decibels throughout a very big house. I've replaced the fan and motor because something sounds broken. It is still pumping out 75 Db. The company doesn't publish, nor will it tell me, the expected normal operating Db-level. I was told none of the competitors do either! Shameful! The first manufacturer that delivers a quiet fridge in this market gets my business and this trash goes in the dumpster. Quiet dishwashers have been available for 20 years. There is an opportunity here...
