Pieces comes apart

Got worse

When I upgraded to the 10.5" the Apple Pencil holder changed which seemed to not let the magnetic strap that keeps it closed hold together very well. Also the iPad itself didn't seem to fit inside of the case and moved around in it. Thinking this was just a defective model I exchanged for the same one. The second one did the exact same thing happened, slid around inside the case. Ended up returning the whole thing and going with another brand for a case.

Caused pressure point damage to my screen

Had to get a new iPad. I don't understand if you buy a case for something to protect it from getting damaged then the case itself causes the damage shouldn't there be any recourse of the case manufacturer?
