Disappointing case

The MOST disappointing part is that it SAYS it has a clip for the pencil, which it does... but this clip does not hold the pencil in the clip. I was going about my day with my iPad/pencil in my purse in this case, and during the course of the day, the pencil fell out. The pencil costs over $100, and I trusted the UAG - Metropolis Folio Case to hold it, and it failed. I am very unhappy with this product.

Not sturdy

It’s slick looking but comes apart easily. It also doesn’t stand. So it’s good looks but wouldn’t say it protects well.

The back snap enclosure broke

Terrible customer service

Because the piece that was in the packaging was not the right piece. Took me a couple days to figure this out. And by then I was outside the 15 day return window. So it’s awesome as I bought the right cover for the outside. But the piece that was inside was wrong. So I got to eat 60 bucks. Spent a lot of money over the years at this place, never again
