My son has been using this for the first half of this school year. It is a bit bulk, sort of a tank of protection. At the same time I feel better that he has this on his new iPad to keep it safe in high school. We did buy the replacement plan to be safe but don't need it at this time. multi-color lighting keyboard is need but I gave it 4 stars only as he said the track pad was not the most responsive but still works.

Works great easy to connect to my iPad too! Pretty sturdy, but you need to have it on a flat surface for it to stand up with the magnetic flap.

Purchased September 5, 2023. Used occasionally for the next two months then the UAG case with keyboard quit working. Will not charge. This UAG for my iPad 9 is dead. Best Buy will not allow return or exchange. I did not even use this more than 30 times. I’m stuck with this paperweight.
