Horrible experience

BUYER BEWARE - YOU MAY NOT GET ANYTHING

Terrible customer service by BEST BUY- charged my credit card and did not give me the gift card code. Spoke to 3 different agents who all had different stories, the last of which was that I have to wait 24-48 hours after purchase, even though the listing clearly states "within minutes". I pointed this out and I was told they have no control over their own ordering system, yet they charged my credit card. I will be contacting the card issuer, Uber, as well as the Federal Trade Commission to report Best Buy for consumer fraud.
