Horrible experience, purchased a $200 card and before I even was able to redeem it was “used” and Best Buy support directed me to the card provider which led me back to Best Buy, horrible customer care experience and you will lose $200

BUYER BEWARE - YOU MAY NOT GET ANYTHING

BUYER BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service by BEST BUY- charged my credit card and did not give me the gift card code. Spoke to 3 different agents who all had different stories, the last of which was that I have to wait 24-48 hours after purchase, even though the listing clearly states "within minutes". I pointed this out and I was told they have no control over their own ordering system, yet they charged my credit card. I will be contacting the card issuer, Uber, as well as the Federal Trade Commission to report Best Buy for consumer fraud.
