All of Uber's products are way overpriced now since the pandemic. I only keep a balance for an emergency where I need a ride home. I used to use Uber and Ubereats all the time. Not anymore.

I bought 4 cards last December and decided to redeem them gradually. 3/4 card gave me no problem. The last one says that it is on another person’s account. Who can help me with that? Uber? No! On their legal terms, it says they are not responsible. Beat buy? No! How do they know if you didn’t use it or give it someone since it’s already opened “scratched off”.

I bought four of these Uber gift cards. 3 worked, 1 did not. Tried to contact Uber, they don't care. Best Buy wiped their hands of it too. Yes, the give you 5% off or whatever but it's not worth it if you have no remedy if the gift card does not work!! Buyer beware!!
